No human to talk to. Nobody cares here. The drug screenings "supposedly" end at 3:30 now, got there at 1 and it said no more appointments available. All you need to do is pee in a cup.
Shockingly it's the only Quest in Cincinnati that does urine tests.
Unsurprisingly, all the other places have closed.

The employees their are next level. Twice now while taking blood samples I didn't feel the needle entering or exiting. Amazing skills and friendly people.

I had an appointment. Drove 40 minutes to get there and the computer check in THERE WAS NO RECEPTIONIST said I had no appointment. I put my name in the "no appointment" list to have the lady come out and say she is alone and wouldn't get to the walk-ins.

I do really like that fact that they have Saturday hours. I will say that the phlebotomist wasn’t a good one. She must’ve went too deep, it was burning. Within a day or so afterwards, I had a stinging, pinching like feeling under the skin. It also began to turn red. I work in a clinic, so I had the provider to check it out. I was told the feeling could last for another week. Of course, I wasn’t happy about that . Not sure of how long it should take my results to get to my provider, but I still haven’t received them. I went over a week ago. It’ll be 2 weeks Saturday. My arm is still not looking any better.

Five of us waited outside this location and there was no signage stating they wouldn’t be opening today. Very inconvenient. We tried calling and there was no answer.
