Very helpful and friendly! After struggling with foot pain for some time I finally decided to invest in my comfort. Lisa was very patient as I compared different shoes, even letting me bounce around in them out in the parking lot. I love my purple New Balance shoes so much I ordered another color and can't wait to pick them up. This teacher is walking pain free this year. THANK YOU!

Wonderful customer service! It's a small store with a small lot, so you can park right by the front door and get in and out quickly. They measured my son's feet and fitted him with shoes for cross country. Very helpful and friendly folks. I will definitely be going back!

being a bigger guys in many ways a good thing sometimes, don't have comes to finding shoes I struggle. sometimes I'm a 14 but more often than not I'm a 15. One in 10 shoes as a native 14 or 14.5 will fit though. I called on the phone and everything is super expensive. but this is a niche shop. I wish there was a better selection of bigger shoes and I wish they had something more affordable, because a lot of entries were coming in between 113 up to 245 I believe. I realize most people aren't in the financial health situation that I'm in, so maybe you all don't mind that. judging by how kind they were and even providing me with prices over the phone, if I had the money extra I would certainly go get them there. I don't see that happening anytime soon in my world. survival is on the docket for the foreseeable. but anyways they are nice kind people over the phone, professional quick without being curt. just a little expensive. but shoes are expensive these days I suppose. I'm impressed they had four pairs and possibly up to six pairs that would fit me he said. that's the story of the day. I called some of the other big shoe places in the area some of the big and more preppy department stores shoe department store, and some of the shoe stores, and the people working behind the counter we're more or less lazy distracted by their phone stock employees that didn't give a damn. they wouldn't even bother to let me know if there were any size 15 in the back they just said I can tell you there's not. I found shoes and all of those places in my size by the way. shoe carnival shoe sensation, and kohls and another one like it I can't place the name, yes I'm referring to you guys. at least the running shop was familiar with the native stock of the store and they're on hand inventory to the point to give me an accurate number of shoes that would fit me in a hard to find size. those more big box stores employees didn't give a damn and the employees did not have a dog in my fight whatsoever.
so I've got to give you a 4.5, the people make the difference

After a tough, hot, flying pig full I was not well. I’d already passed the med tent and had to figure out how to rally with the limited supplies I had. Upon hearing about my dilemma, the Queen City Running Club crew invited me under their tents at the finish area and shared their supplies to help me feel better. While I’ve never shopped in store, if the community is welling to help complete strangers in distress, I know their store is top notch. I will definitely be making a visit next time I’m in Cincy!

Great service! Folks here know their stuff and take the time to answer questions and provide information. The experience was very personal and you’re not just another customer at a big box store. Plus, I always like to support local businesses and even more when they’re run so well (no pun intended ?). Will come back again when it’s time to replace the shoes I got today.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience at Queen City Running West yesterday. Donna took a lot of time fitting my daughter for 2 pairs of training shoes plus spikes for her track & field season. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and I was very impressed by Donna's knowledge of shoe wear and how to fit the best shoes for my daughter's foot type. I also appreciated Donna sharing with us that my daughter could wear cross country spikes for track so that she could hopefully get two seasons of running in the same pair of spikes (as long as my daughter's feet don't grow!) The customer service at Queen City Running West was exemplary. The knowledge and patience of staff was encouraging and informative. The student-athlete discount was helpful on the budget. Overall, this specialty running store delivered!

Yeah, I bought a pair of shoes to referee basketball, Joe fixed me up with a pair Brooks, they feel great, it took a couple of times up and back, got them broken in now.
