Amazing facility! The people are so kind and helpful. The pottery is stunning and high quality. My daughter adores their wheel throwing classes. Such an amazing opportunity for people.

I went to Queen city clay today they had many options to look at and they were very helpful for someone who is new at pottery I highly recommend buying from them.

This place is very cool. We hosted a party here with private wheel lessons, the teachers were awesome, the space is awesome. Loved it.

Was not happy with my experience at all. Ordered 50lbs of clay, I was instructed to wait by the dock. Went outside, pulled my car around and waited for 15+ minutes before another customer Elizabeth, an older woman approached me to request assistance with her clay. She couldn't lift it and it had just been waiting on the dock for her without any concern of whether or not she could actually move it. After helping move the clay I waited another five minutes before re entering the store. The staff member who had helped me was sitting at a back table and when she noticed me her attitude seemed flippant and nonchalant as if it wasn't a big deal that I had been left to wait and would have waited longer if I had not done something. I get it, mistakes happen, you lose track of stuff but in my experience if I completely lost track of something like that and a customer had to remind me I would be embarrassed and apologize profusely. I just got this feeling that she didn't actually care. It's whatever but I would have appreciated more attentive service or a more believable apology.

It's a great place to visit and take classes. They really need to change the Google entry though. If you use Google Maps to find the place and you're looking to buy pottery supplies as I was, you'll be annoyed to find out they're not in fact open from noon to four. The store isn't open at all but there's no indication of that on the Google entry, only on their webpage.
