I hit some debris in the road and lost tire pressure. The wheel started making an odd noise. I managed to limp home and the next morning I called the location on Hamilton Avenue, since it is closest to my house. I phoned and left a detailed message, waited an hour, and called again. *crickets* So I called the West Fork location - where Zack picked up immediately! He checked their inventory to be certain they had a tire that would fit my Mini Cooper. When I arrived he showed me the two tires that would be the best fit, and recommended the one with the most tread. Because it was not an exact match, he swapped out the rear tire so the odd one would not affect the car's handling. I was out of there in less than twenty minutes. (I opted for a used tire because I plan to sell the car soon and don't see a reason to spend the money on new tires.) What great service!

I recommend this place to everyone that needs any tire work done. Don't sleep on it. They offer used tires and will mount them and dispose of your old tire for you. They also have new tires if you order them and it's alot cheaper than those big joints run.

I've been using Quality Tire for several years. They are always quick, respectful, efficient and inexpensive! I recommend them to everyone! You can't go wrong with them! If they can't handle the job you need, they can recommend someone who can!

They're quick, easy and cheap.
Although you quite literally get what you pay for.
The tires look fine at first because they dunk them in soapy water to check if theres "holes" but a day or 2 later and you'll notice the tires are cracked BAD.
I wouldn't go here unless it's an emergency.
Just go buy new ones if you can.
They'll last 100x longer.
The staff act like they don't care about their jobs.

Quality Tire?? This place should be called Spare Tire. These Tires have the same quality as the spare you have in your truck. They will only last you a short while.

NO FREE air like advertised. They charge $5.00. I have bought several used tires from them in the past and had bad luck with a couple of them. Less tread on them then tires I had replaced!

Out-of-towner who had a flat tire on a Sunday morning while staying overnight in the Cincinnati area. Most tire places were closed. Went to an auto service store near our Airbnb. They told me they wouldn’t even be able to get to it that day. Searched and saw that Quality Tire was open. Drove over to the store. Less than 10 minutes and $10 later, they had my tire off, patched, and my wife and I back on the road, enjoying our day. Truly saved our weekend getaway. Thanks so much!
