I reserved a room online for a lower price. They wouldn't accept online reservations. I had to pay full price. It definitely wasn't a 5 star hotel.

When I checked in the guy at the counter was more interested in his video call. The room smelled like cigarettes and the a/c was terrible. The TV kept freezing and there is no wake up service. By far the worst hotel I've stayed in

Breakfast was not as advertised, no fruit, at 8 am no batter for waffle maker, no eggs, no meat. Stale Biscuits with runny Gravy, no spoons, just Decaf coffee. Room couch was so stained I wouldn't sit on it. Television didn't work.
