Quality Automotive repaired significant rear-end damage to our Audi A6 - multiple panels, trunk, exhaust system - the body work and paint are beautiful. High recommend.

Steer Clear! I took my car to Quality Automotive for a front bumper repair in the fall of 2021. When I received the car back two weeks later, everything appeared to be just fine. Upon closer inspection when the car was back home, I found 15 issues with the paint and / or repair. These issues included debris in the paint / clear coat, evidence of the original bumper damage under the paint, areas where the primer was showing through, etc. When I asked Quality Automotive about their collision repair warranty on their website (“We stand behind each and every repair with a written warranty. We strive for total customer service and work hard to earn and keep your business. Our most valued asset is a satisfied customer”), they claimed that they “stopped doing that a long time ago”. They told me that they would accommodate me and to send them the approximate mileage on my car. I sent them an e-mail with the actual mileage on the car along with a description of the 15 issues and 12 photographs showing where these issues were located. In the e-mail, I also stated that I did not want Quality Automotive to correct these issues and that I would be taking the car to a factory approved collision center in order to correct their poor workmanship. In addition, I also asked for a partial refund for the work that Quality Automotive performed. After not hearing back from Quality Automotive for one week, I e-mailed them again to confirm that they had received my previous e-mail. They responded that they had and that “We would be happy to rectify the blemishes. I’m confident we can return your car to pre-accident condition”. I thought that this was the reason I took my car to them in first place. I then replied to them as follows: “When I dropped off my car to Quality Automotive in the fall of 2021, I entrusted and expected you to do an exemplary repair on the front bumper of my car. Unfortunately, that was not the case and the front bumper will need additional repairs and expense to make it right. I do not want Quality Automotive to do these repairs. Instead, I will be taking the car to a factory approved collision center next year to perform this work. If the refund mentioned in my previous e-mail is out of the question, let’s call it a day and move on.” I never received a response back from Quality Automotive. Bottom Line: I am now out of ~$1,600 with nothing to show for it. If you want a quality job, do not take your car to Quality Automotive.Services: Body & Trim

They repaired my new to me used 06 Mercedes E320 CDI, which had substantial suspension damage. Insurance totaled it. I took it to Quality Automotive and am so happy I did. They did a great job of working with me to keep it in budget and did a fabulous job. Their customer service is impeccable. The only place around town to take high-end cars with body or suspension damage.
