My friend and I came in just to see if the hype was real and it totally is!! we came in and Toni immediately came up to us and told us about the cool technology that goes into these mattresses. Toni had such a welcoming and professional vibe. Wonderful services!!!

Great experience looking at Purple Mattresses here. Buying a mattress at the mall seemed odd but I am so glad I stopped in.
Bob was very knowledgeable and had an answers to all my many questions. He did a great job explaining things and was very professional. They don’t work on commission there and I didn’t get pressured or any salesman vibes, just trying to be helpful.
As for the mattress-I was absolutely not expecting them to be so amazing honestly. In my lifetime there were those lumpy spring mattress with a box spring then memory foam came out and that was a huge jump in comfort. I thought I was just looking for a new memory foam thing as mine was staying smushed after almost a decade. Well, the jump between just a big slab of memory foam vs. their grid situation is an even bigger jump in comfort than lumpy springs to memory foam.
Also, I am glad I laid down on a few to find what type of firmness I wanted. I absolutely was mistaken as to what I thought I wanted/needed. I thought I wanted a soft mattress but I preferred the support of the firm bed and didn’t have to settle at all for how soft and mushy it was. Definitely go in, honestly this may sound stupid af, but it was life changing.

Tyler and Kim helped me pick out the perfect pillow. They did not pressure me and gave me personal testimony on why I should try it. What’s there to lose? I can take it back in 100 days if I don’t like it they said fingers crossed overall good experience.

Excellent experience. Tyler, our salesguy at the Kenwood store, was wonderful in that he walked us through the available mattresses, answered questions, then faded into the background while we tested out several mattresses. Tyler was always available if we had more questions about a particular mattress, and was knowledgeable about the products, promotions, and delivery process. We didn't feel pressured at any time, and went back twice more to make sure of our selection. When it came time to make our purchase, Tyler was very helpful in adding all the available promotions and discounts to give us the best price he could. The only issue was that the company that delivered out Purple mattress would only take away our old mattress, and would not take the box springs. It would have been a little bit helpful if we had known that ahead of time.
We particularly appreciated the promotional discount for human service workers, including first responders, teachers, mental health counselors, and others who provide direct service to people. In the end, this made the difference in purchasing our Purple mattress.
Purple mattresses come with a 100 day no risk trial, which greatly added to our peace of mind in deciding to buy our mattress, since we wanted the "soft" version that was not available in the showroom to test out. Overall this was a great experience, and we felt confident in buying our new mattress from the Kenwood showroom.
