“Have rented not only driveable U-Haul trucks, but also towable trailers, our experience with U-Haul has been excellent. They have always been attentive upon inquiring about rental options and then once reserved, the process on pick-up and drop-off have been seamless. Much appreciated as we all know moving whether close or afar is a process and having them on top of their game has been much appreciated.”

“The reservation process was simple; made reservation the night before online. Showed up at location, in a few minutes I was all set. I rented a GMC van for the day to help finish up my local move. Initially, I wasn't looking forward to driving it (I'd rented a medium size truck in 2011) based on past experience. The van was easy to drive, had a lot of power, had A/C, and was very clean. While it took me about 7 hours to complete the job, if I used my SUV, I'd probably still be working!!!!
Not planning to move for a good long time after this, but if the need arises U-Haul will be my first call.
My only suggestion would be to consider having forms available by drop box (or include one with contract). My WiFi didn't work, so I had to go old school(back to pen & paper) to put mileage, time returned, and fuel level on my rental. I'm assuming all was well, since I'd not received any calls today from the U-haul office.
Other than this, it was a very positive experience for me!”

“Manager Lisa handled the rental part with ease and John completed the hook-up on the trailer. Super simple and quick. Victoria in the storage area was also friendly and greeted me as I entered the storage area. Very clean self-storage and I would certainly do business at this location again.
