Switched here from Blue Roo, it started out great but I just left disappointed, very few micro fiber towels and many of the vacuum hose pulled off the attachments or simply dis not work. The place has turn into a pig pen as well. I’ll give it to the end of my paid month, if it’s not fixed I’ll go back to Blue Roo.

Rip Off!! They charge your credit card for monthly services that you did NOT sign up for. They pay their guys commissions for selling unlimited services so even when you say NO, they charge you anyway . This is why they never give you a receipt. Don't use this place. It is a rip off....

Update!!!!!!! Stopped up here to check it out as I’ve seen lots of changes people outside signs and all that and got a membership absolutely love it 10 out of 10 recommend talked to the gal in the window who was super nice told her about my previous interaction with this place and she assured me it was taken care of. She said a few months ago they got a new manager that knows his stuff and takes care of businessThis place needs help it’s like nobody cares I came to purchase a membership and waited at the gate before I just got 1 wash and left like where’s the people at I guess they didn’t want my money I’m gonna look into blue roo but really hope this location gets what it needs I love how state of the art it is just bad employees

It was my favorite place around Delhi to go, until I realized the underbody wash only comes with their gold and platinum packages. They told me I wouldn’t find better for that, and the first place I called (blue roo) offered underbody wash with every single wash, plus the free vacuums. But for a basic wash it’s reasonably priced and I love the free vacuums and rug beater.

I recommend a different car wash. They were closed in the middle of the week, then the next day open with 90% of the cleaning devices off. I could have sprayed it down with a hose and did a better job.

Love the free vacuums and sprayable compressed air handle also . Great place to get started w/ detailing the car. Getting those hard to reach places with the compressed air is just the best . I can't express enough how awesome this small feature is and sets this car wash ahead of its competition easily in my opinion. Just a small handle with that shoots jet of air , good for getting dirt out of the window cills , under the seats in the impossible to reach areas regularly . I use this compressed air nozzle to pretty much have a new car looking brand new, a used car to look newish , and an old beater with the inside trashed with dirt and ash. Within an hour I can have it looking ready for sale off a lot with the air nozzle and a few microfiber towels. Love this car wash ?

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I went through the car wash and bought the $20 package. The tire shine portion of this car wash DAMAGED my wheels and the owner is refusing to pay for it, stating it was already there. The employee helping me at the time fill out the damage report said that part of the car wash has always given issues and earlier that day, it got stuck on a vehicle and one car rear ended another because of it. These wheels that were damaged were just put on my vehicle 3 hours prior and were professionally powdercoated. If I had curbed my wheels within those 3 hours, my tire would have marks on it too and it DOESNT.

I got my car washed here and was afraid for my life, not only did my car get stuck in their broken machinery but there was a car behind me that as a result almost hit my car inside of the car wash. The owner doesn’t care if your car gets damaged and will gaslight you if you have a complaint. You’re better off going somewhere else!
