My son has been with Primrose since he was an infant. I cannot say enough good things about the school. They provide a safe and fun environment for my child during the day. They continue to meet all his needs: social, educational, physical, etc.. I am very happy here and so thankful to be part of a great community.

Let me start by saying I am an over the top anxious mom, especially when it comes to who I am leaving my children with. I have researched, toured and even joined a few centers over the years. Ultimately, I had opted for in home care, since my husband worked from home during Covid. Daycare centers just didn’t seem to have the ability to offer the love and nurturing care and attention that we wanted for our children. My husband returned to the office a couple of days per week and also had been expressing his concerns that it was too distracting having our children at home while he was working. So, we were forced to again consider daycare options after many years of avoiding them, and were fortunate enough to land on Primrose of Symmes. We went in prepared to keep our expectations tempered, but I cannot express how wonderful it has been to have all of our expectations exceeded. At Primrose of Symmes, they are so incredibly nurturing and kind and loving. It’s obvious that the caregivers have formed genuine bonds with our children, and that our children feel safe and content while in their care. My children are not easy, as they struggle with transitions. My two year old has always cried for literal hours when being left with even her own grandparents. My 4 year old cried every night and every morning about being left with other sitters. Primrose didn’t have a spot for him initially, so we sent him to another highly rated center and he cried everyday before going and at drop off. He also cried tears of relief and joy at pickup time. After his first day at Primrose of Symmes, he was happy at pickup and even said he wanted to go back. Our two year old did struggle for a couple of months, but has since grown to love her caregivers and there are no tears at drop off anymore. I can’t say enough good things about this center. I am so grateful for them.

The teachers at Primrose love my kids like family and spend so much time helping them explore the things they are curious about. I appreciate the flexible hours so I don't have to worry if I need to be at work a little earlier or a little later than usual. I am confident dropping them off each day and know that they are well taken care of. I highly recommend Primrose of Symmes!

Our family includes a recent Primrose "graduate" and a current Primrose student. We've been with them since our grad was 12 weeks old. For the kids, it's home away from home and there are definitely some "mom away from mom" teachers there. They've handled COVID with an impossible balance of care and practicality and we feel safe and heard. We feel lucky to have found Primrose and, given the choices out there, we would recommend them to anyone!

We love this school! We have been going there since 2012. My son went there for 6 years and attended their private kindergarten program before moving to the school district. Their private kindergarten was amazing with a small class and a lot of individualized attention. He definitely had an advantage and higher knowledge when transitioning into public school. My daughter has been going there for the last 5 years and will be “graduating” from private pre-school this spring. The teachers have all been amazing and connect with your child. The directors are very knowledgeable about what goes on in the classrooms and are always available to talk to.

I'm long overdue to share a review of Primrose School of Symmes but better late than never. :-) When our family needed to find a daycare & school closer to home due to work assignments, we fell in love with PSOS. We had attended a Primrose prior (through an on-site corporate partnership location) but the feel here was just different. Very inclusive, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The teachers and staff are wonderful. My only child then was 2 years old and had some food issues (still does!) and the entire staff took/takes it very seriously. Going as far as asking for a list of foods so they could grocery shop on our behalf for school. Insert *wow*! Our previously facility said "bring in things she can eat". Here, our first child went from an extreme mom-clinger to, now 4.5 years old, happily going into school and rocking it! She's excited when it's a "school day" and not a "home weekend day." We've been able to see her develop from timid to confident and be excited about her own learning. She LOVES school. When she starts Kindergarten this Fall at a private parochial school we know she will be prepared socially and developmentally. We're comfortable with the upcoming transition knowing she will be used to the structure. We attribute that to the community of teachers and staff who take a genuine interest in her. When our second child started here as an infant we were able to experience the hands-on curriculum from the start. Now at 2 years old, it's amazing to see her understanding and learning so much...so quickly! While all children are different, we can see a noticeable difference in her learning & development at this point in time. She charges into the building every morning like she owns the place...is friendly with other children, teachers and staff. Even little things like knowing how to help put things away at home, saying please & thank you and understanding "gentle" are things we know come from demonstrated learning and reinforcement at PSOS...and validate our continued choice for enrollment here. We love the experience she is having and we know she is loving it too!We love how there is a conscious effort to share on the Procare App. Everyday we get pictures, videos, meal updates and what each days planned curriculum was. We can drop a message and get a quick response on anything. We like to look through the daily report each night with them to reinforce what they did during the day. It's a little things but it is so huge, too. When Covid-19 hit and the school was mandated to be closed by the Governor, we noticed a huge gap in our kids behavior. It was clear they rely & thrive on the structure, social interaction and learning they get daily here. PSOS handled it wonderfully... providing resources, zoom calls so the children could interact with each other and communicated clearly on next steps, precautions upon reopening and requirements for if exposure happened upon reopen. We were impressed with the approach given it was an unprecedented situation.I'd recommend visiting PSOS if you are looking for a daycare with a highly reputable curriculum in a building that fosters learning and love. I think it's important to know that the people here are kind. They have the best of intentions. The care and safety of all the children is a priority. There is always an open dialogue. The well-balanced food menu directly correlates to developing kids bodies to be well fed so they can learn well. When you are considering or even comparing, it can be hard to prioritize a choice just on cost (in our opinion that's the only apples-to-apples comparison one can make in a school choice). For my family, we can honestly say it's the feeling we get at drop off & pickup that makes us put our hand-over-heart with happiness because we know our each of our children has exactly what they uniquely need. Having others love them is an unparalleled feeling!

There are many wonderful things to say about Primrose School of Symmes. The teachers and Leadership Staff are second to none, the curriculum is setting the kids up for success at an early age, and the school chef is always providing healthy meals. We have five children enrolled in the school and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The kids have built so many great friendships, and the staff feels like family. Highly recommend Primrose School of Symmes for any family looking for child care options.

Love Primrose of Symmes! We brought our son here at 1yr old after transitioning him out of a daycare we weren’t happy with. We’ve been so pleased with Primrose - from the kindness of the teachers, the curriculum in the classrooms and the organization and professionalism of the staff. Our son is now 3.5yrs old and loves going to preschool here and we look forward to welcoming our 2nd into their infant class this spring! We love the community feel of Primrose!

I cannot say enough regarding the teachers and staff of Primrose School of Symmes. They are patient, kind and helpful to us as parents. We are amazed at the new things our child learns every week and are appreciative of the time and energy spent with her on a daily basis. She enjoys going to school and has developed many friendships. They have done an amazing job throughout the pandemic to ensure the children are safe and have handled many challenges with grace. Thank you Primrose!

We have nothing but good things to say about Primrose! We have a Primrose graduate and two current Primrose students. Our eldest was really set up to succeed once he moved on to grade school thanks to the amazing curriculum at Primrose. We love receiving the pics of our kids throughout the day, it is great to see your child making friends, learning, and having fun.

Primrose School of Symmes is amazing! If you are looking for a daycare that it's safe and provides updates on your child daily, this is the place to go to. My 5 year old daughter went there since she was 7 months old and my almost 2 year old have been going here since she was 3 months old. They love it, they don't even turn around to say goodbye when I drop them off. They love their teachers and friends. I'm so happy we found Primrose!

Switched daycares with our first child to Primrose when she was one, and our experience is night and day compared to the first daycare she was at. Have nothing but great things to say about Primrose for both of our kids. All of the teachers/staff have taken such great care of them, and I know they are in great hands while we are at work. Both kids have learned so much, and the curriculum/activities are perfect for them. The facility is clean, and they have done a great job throughout Covid—keeping the kids and faculty safe. You can tell they genuinely care about our kids, and that is what I love most about Primrose.
