Phil and team are amazing at what they do. I leave there feeling great each time. I am on the road to recovery learning to walk again after a severe broken ankle and not walking for over two months. So glad they are part of my journey.

Facing a serious knee surgery, my primary care physician, who was also a competitive triathlete, recommended Premier as an awesome physical therapy practice. I am so thankful to have connected with them! I spent three months recovering and feel better than I have in 25 years (thanks in part to the awesome surgeon and team at Christ Hospital -Liberty also). You cannot go wrong with these impressive individuals. I worked with Taylor, and occasionally Max when Taylor was wanting to see me sweat even more than typical. I observed many super caring experts around the clinic during my time, from the excellent front desk staff to the other clinicians working with other clients. Thank you, everyone.

After 43 years of running I felt my form was set and the overuse issues I was having were inevitable. Dr. Ben evaluated my issues, reviewed videos of me running, and recommended some fundamental changes to my stride and daily stretches. I think I’ll be running another 10+ years! Bonus, the increased efficiency has cut nearly a minute off my pace. This guy knows his stuff. Consult with him if you want to improve your running, whether you’re a “mature” runner like me or just getting started.

Following unusual and complicated knee surgeries, I was extremely fortunate to be referred to Phil Cadman. His incredibly thorough knowledge and skills far surpass any other physical therapy I have experienced. Phil takes the time and concentrates his effort to correctly diagnose what is individually needed to make progress. It is also great to observe the way he leads his staff and how he shares his knowledge with new therapists. He has created a practice that can be trusted to be effective. I am so thankful to be a recipient of his talent!

After 3 different doctors failed to diagnose what was wrong with me. It was the staff here that correctly diagnosed and recommended the proper doctor to see. Their persistence and skill is what made the difference in my continued recovery.

Tldr: Go there, this place is amazing! And it's different than the other places that haven't been able to help you.Full Review:This review is long overdue, and it's the first time that I've ever been compelled to take the time to write an online review for any service or product. But, it's well deserved.Over the past 19 years, I've had two back surgeries, seen the best orthopedists and neurologists the region has to offer, and been in and out of 10+ physical therapy practices. On the strong recommendations of several people whose opinion I value, I decided to take one more shot…this time with Premier. That was about five years ago, and I still see them weekly. I knew this place was different about five minutes into my first appointment. I was fortunate enough to see DPT Phil Cadman for that full evaluation, and it was the first time that I felt like a medical professional listened to me...REALLY listened to me… since I started having problems so many years before. Instead of simply looking at my medical records, reading about my ruptured disks in MRI reports, and then assigning all of my problems to what shows up on medical tests, Phil spent more than an hour with hands-on-patient. Instead of relying only on the labs, Phil relies on what he’s seeing and feeling, and what his patient is saying, to develop a hypothesis of root cause. In my case, it became clear over the coming months (and the positive progress I made) that I'd been misdiagnosed prior to coming to Premier...by every one of those orthopedists, neurologists, and PTs.I could go on and on about my own problems. But suffice it to say that I've had other issues arise over the past several years that have led me to continue coming to Premier. I see Phil about half of the time, and DPT Eden Climo the other half. Eden is amazing in her own right, and joined the practice with a deep knowledge of Graston techniques...which has been a great addition to my treatment plan. Eden and Phil collaborate to make frequent updates/adjustments to my treatment plan. Having two people that I trust with my physical well-being is comforting, and I'm confident that I benefit by having two primary caregivers in the practice. I say this even though I have the highest possible respect and trust in Phil...and was initially resistant to losing him for half of my treatments. It became quickly apparent that Eden adds a ton of value...and two great minds are better than one!Other items to mention:- Phil and his wife Lauren are both therapists at Premier. Lauren specializes in myofascial release, and also has a stellar reputation. Importantly, they are also the owners. And they're both on-site and very aware of what's going on with every patient being seen by any of the PTs at Premier. I like the idea of having the owners (who are more motivated than anyone to provide amazing care) creating and role-modeling the culture of the business.- I've seen several other therapists at Premier. Every one of them really cares about the patient...and puts the patient's needs first.- The culture is great...lighthearted where possible, but very professional when diagnosing and treating the patient.- How many caregivers share their cell phone numbers with you? Treat you at the end of their normal work day because you're having a rough time? Not many, I suspect...My advice is to go to Premier if you have an issue that PT has a chance of helping with. And if it's not too late, SEE THEM BEFORE YOU GET THE SURGERY THAT YOUR DOCTOR SAID IS "NECESSARY.". If the person recommending surgery is the same person that is performing surgery, get a 2nd opinion. Of course they recommend surgery...it's how they feed their family. I wish I understood these things 15 years ago, before my first surgery. It may be the best decision you ever make when it comes to your health. It was for me.
