this has to be one of the worst YMCA locations I have ever been to, the staff, more so the administration does not care about the well being of the younger population. the swim team is not what the Y revolves around. the director of this YMCA will never answer any concerns or email back. they take away classes that are catered to younger groups. I even talk to the front desk staff about how they aren't heard by the admin that woks there. they have someone in charge of the fitness classes there that is not qualified and they are never there past 4pm to even see how the place is ran in the evenings , that place is a mad house they turn people away

Loved that the outdoor pool was still open yesterday on a beautiful day! The children’s pool and lazy river was a huge treat too! Also appreciate the friendly helpful lifeguards & other staff. Kudos!

I love the huge pools, and can't wait to bring my daughter to the indoor water park area. All the many lanes are great for me to exercise without struggling to find a lane, and the location happens to be very convenient between my work and home.

Love this Y. Friendly, helpful staff, well maintained facility. Members are friendly and courteous to each other. The pools are sparkling and well staffed.

The Y and the weight room bring me to the Powell Crosley Y. The staff are amazing and friendly. When I leave town, I can visit other facilities without charge. Definitely a bonus. Did I mention the staff is amazing?!The facility at the Powell Crosley location has a wheelchair ramp into the outdoor pool and a similar entrance into the water park pool, however, it is not completely accessible for people with mobility issues, aged, and disabilities. Although it greatly serves this population. For instance, there are no handicap buttons to open heavy doors to the pool areas and weight room. I asked a woman a few days ago how she gets through the doors with her wheeled device and she said she has to turn around backward and push open the door with her backside. This becomes more difficult when the bubble goes up in the winter (over the outdoor pool) with the pressurized doors. Let's improve access in the building, even if it is excluded due to the "safe harbor" clause of the ADA. Of which, I'm not sure it is. Thanks for having such a wonderful facility. I hope it can be updated to provide an independent experience for all of those who come to participate.

The YMCA is a great organization that offers a lot of opportunities to become a better overall person through community and connection. I frequent Powel Crosley the most! The people there are amazing! They show nothing but love to my family and I. My kids in particular look forward to interacting with the front desk staff, as they’ve always been welcoming since we’ve been members

The staff is excellent, they keep their equipment up to date, and have the best pools of any Y I've been to.

The new baby pool policy is a joke ! Why would the baby pool have to sit out for 15 mins for adult swim ? That never been a rule the last 37 years

Most awesome YMCA I've ever been to. They have everything that you would need for a complete workout as well as pool facilities, outdoor facilities, sauna, showers, you name it. Treadmills workout machines videos lifeguards on duty designated swimming times. This place is truly awesome and the staff here are very well informed and extremely helpful and friendly.

Great gym. Volunteers are always cheerful and helpful. Family friendly. Gym could have more equipment, but the equipment they do have is fairly new.

Worst YMCA I have ever been too. Weight room is like a zoo. They let little kids run around all over the place and sit in the sauna unsupervised. Felt more like a place for parents to be idiots than for Young Men to exercise.
