Will not go back here as I just don’t trust the quality of their work and the poor follow-up on an issue.
Had warranty repair conducted and they scuffed a wheel during the process. Noticed it a couple days later while hand washing and contacted the service mgr who said he highly doubted they did it and would review their in-shop video and get back with me but he never called back and didn’t return my follow up call.
And while I can’t prove it, I suspect they didn’t properly secure everything when they changed my drive belt as a couple weeks after this service I developed an issue with lack of turbo boost. I took the car to Dubwerx to check out and they found a line (vacuum line iirc) rubbing on the drive belt which rubbed a small hole in the line resulting in the inability for full turbo boost (they repaired line and the car then ran perfect).

I bought your car brand new, and I am very disappointed with the quality of the car. The forklift blade of the car that I rarely drive broke after more than 3 years. Every time I change the oil and just get home, all the warning lights will light up. I took it back for repair and they said they would replace it with a new one, but now they have changed it again. I question your products. I will call the headquarters to ask if there is a problem with your product. I don't have the money to repair it, so I'll just take it back and put it away. The quality is rubbish, but it is still so expensive. Even if I have money, I will not buy such a low quality product again. Every time I change the oil, I come back with all the warning lights on. The last time you said there was a wiring problem, the car was still under warranty. The wiring you just replaced broke again within a few months. Did you replace it for us? The problem here is very serious. Don't treat consumers as idiots, even if we have the money to pay. We earn every penny with conscience. i worked with jeanne at porsche in .

Rob Bernard is great to work with . I ordered a 718 Boxster and he helped me with the entire process from allocation / ordering to receiving the vehicle. He is a true professional and once receiving the vehicle everyone at POV was fantastic. I highly recommend POV to anyone interested in a Porsche .

I recently purchased a Porsche Macan from Rob Bernard and had an excellent experience. I live 6 hours from Porsche of the Village and worked with Rob remotely to reach a deal before making the trip. On the day I arrived, Rob had the car waiting in the delivery showroom. Although it was a used car, it was impeccably clean.
I was able to take the car for a test drive and was amazed by Rob’s knowledge of the car and it’s features. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I drove the car home that day.
Rob is very personable and made us feel welcomed at the dealership. I would highly recommend Rob and Porsche of the Village when you are shopping for your next car.

This is the best car dealership around. I got a bottle of wine breakfast and the day after I got my car the finance guy called and lowered my interest rate. The people there are awesome and knowledgeable. They really care about the experience. As long as u have the money I will never buy another car anywhere else!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently had the pleasure of visiting Porsche of the Village, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I pulled into the service drive, I was greeted by an advisor of knowledgeable and friendly professionalism who went above and beyond to ensure a seamless service experience.The customer service at Porsche of the Village is truly exceptional. The snack bar and wifi as well as privacy cubicles are such compliments to the staff that was not only courteous but also well-versed in the details of their impressive workshop that can be viewed from the showroom. The floors were as clean as the walls in my home and that includes the shop floors!The staff took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through the entire process with patience and expertise.10/10 would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or have their porsche serviced.
