Wanted to charge $111 to cash a check issued by their bank that was certified. I under if it was not issued by their bank but it was. I’ve always heard this bank had awful fees before this and to stay away.

My mother and I met with Josh Moeller yesterday at PNC on Beechmont. My Mother had just moved here from another city, and Josh was very kind, and patient with us as he helped set my Mother up with new accounts.Josh was knowledgable, professional and I would recomend him to anyone needing banking help in the future.

I showed up in person to do a wire transfer for down payment on a new house. I'm absolutely disgusted of the attitude that I received from the on-site staff. They were so mad that I showed up to do a wire transfer without an appointment like I broke some ungodly rule. I've been banking with this bank for the past seventeen years of my life it cannot believe the way that I was treated I'M NEVER BANKING WITH THIS BANK EVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE ATTITUDE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THIS LOCATION. I have closed my account and I will never return

Just moved to Batavia from Massachusetts. I called since I was in the area at the DMV. Susan took my call, and was able to get me in on short notice. I opened a checking and savings account, and got a credit card through PNC. Susan was very personable and I had a nice conversation with her during the setup process. She was delighted she was able to get my business, and I'm happy I found a new bank that was close by.If I ever have issues, I'll be coming here to get them solved! If you're looking for a local bank that isn't too big that they'll treat you like just number, yet not too small that they are not going to have the services you need. Give PNC a try, especially this location in Anderson Township.

This is the old Providence bank in front of Kroger. Busy on Saturdays. Has a drivethru. Managers are nice but have had issues with tellers who need a training course in Customer Service.

We have been customers of this bank for over 20 years so I was amazed at the lack of follow through by the employees and branch manager of this location. I made 4 phone calls and 3 visits to the branch regarding an increase to our credit card limit. My phone calls were not returned and the best response I received when I visited in person was "we haven't forgotten about you". This continued over a period of 2 months! I contacted the Pittsburgh main office to lodge a complaint, but we are interviewing other area banks and will move our 3 accounts as soon as possible.

I went here to get a notary done for a vehicle transfer. It took us 30+ minutes to get the title notarized. The assistant branch manager started to help us but continued to help other customers who walked in instead of helping us with the notary. Only after finishing the string of customers that walked through the door did she decide to help us. Worst PNC branch manager I've met.

The people who work there are very nice; check-cashing is always a pleasant experience with practically no wait time—inside the bank. The drive-thru does take longer. But I concur about the coin policy. Once I went in with some change and asked if I could convert it to paper. They said I had to put it in wrappers first. Uh......isn't this...a bank?
