Went to this branch on Saturday, 7/27, for a wire transfer.
The blonde manager said:
1) There is a $25 charge, i said, i know
2) Then said, it won't happen until Monday, i said, that is fine
3) Then said, we're too busy, we don't have anyone to help you today.
It was apparent from the get go, she didn't feel like helping or offering assistance.
I left the Eastgate PNC branch and went to the Milford PNC branch and Megan (the assistant manager) was more than happy to help me and make it a very easy process.
Morale of the story, Eastgate PNC's manager needs to shadow the Milford branch and learn some customer service techniques.
They were awful, will not go back to that branch again!!

If you like snooty branch managers then this is the bank for you. If the timing of your posts and deposits always align in favor of your bank then this is your bank. If you have over 5k in monthly deposits and want to be treated like your business is peanuts to them, then this is the bank for you. If you like watching depending deposits sit for 3 days or you like overdraft fees posting on payday then this place here can accommodate. My visit on Jan/12 @ approximately 2:30 is why I'm switching banks.

Thank you to Melody at the Eastgate Branch. She did in five minutes what the Ohio Pike branch could not accomplish in two days! Jus needed a simple statement of a closed account. Day one at Ohio Pike, I had to see a "banker". Day two, I sit for 25 minutes to see a banker and I am not even acknowledged nor assisted. I had to get back to my work. No customer service at that location. Two days of frustration.

This is the worst PNC I've ever been to, longest wait times. And to add to the gross factor there was been huge gobs of chewn tobacco that sit right outside their exit door where their employees take breaks, it's been there for a month and each time I come here there are more and more wads of gross tobacco out there, staff is immensely lazy.

I switched over to PNC because I was looking for a new bank. They are about 10 years behind on the way they run transactions through. When I get fuel they take a dollar from my account instead of the full amount of the transaction. On top of that, they take 4 to 6 days to take a transaction out of pending sometimes. Also, when I would pay my electric, they would take it out for about 3 days and then put it back in as if I never attempted the transaction. They did that with a few purchases no matter how small as if they hope that you would forget about the purchase and spend the money. That way they could get you on an overdraft fee. They made me appreciate the bank I was about to leave for them.

I love the virtual wallet ! I love that my account is always correct and I don't get hit with any unnecessary fees. The employees always treat like a valued customer. They address me by my name. They're always very nice & courteous.

Out of all the banks I have used with PNC they can add 2 plus 2 and actually equals 4. Instead of adding Late fees to their customers for simple math. And I have not met one employee who was having a bad day and take it out on me.
