This place will not answer the phone. I have called multiple times and waited with the phone ringing for 5+ minutes each time, no luck. The whole reason I need to talk to them is because I'm pretty sure one of their bankers made a mistake when updating my account. Really frustrating.

I went into this location twice to get my account straighten out. I'm a BBVA customer from Texas working in Ohio. I was told by a phone Representative to go into a branch. One banker ask two other banker to help, instead they stayed in the office talking. When I walked up and said never mind I'm leaving they said I'm sorry. Sorry for what neither of the three attempted to try and help me

Horrible customer service and extremely show in the drive-through before COVID and especially since COVID. Also they never give the correct $ back when cashing a check and charged me a fee on cashiers check even though with my account it’s free.
