The ATM had an error and ate my card before I could enter my pin. No one in the bank is trusted enough to touch the ATM so the teller offered to print a new debit card for me and I was on my way. Days later I noticed a $7.50 CARD REPLACEMENT FEE on my account. Your ATM stole my card and then you charge me a fee without approval??? I had to spend 15 minutes on the phone to get the fee removed. I think its time for a new bank.

Poor customer service. I tried to transfer funds between PNC accounts which I had done several times previously. Yasmeen the very unhelpful manager claimed my ID was incorrect and refused to make the transfer and offered no solution. I left and went to the Kenwood branch where Sean was very helpful and resolved the problem in about 2 minutes. Do yourself a favor and avoid Yasmeen and the Hunt road PNC.

They have been so helpful in last month. Had withdrawals taken out making my account to be overdrawn. They never changed me a thing. Been with PNC since 1990. They are the best.

Stood in line for 20 minutes, need to get back to work. 3 people in offices with doors closed. I person working lobby. Bad customer service.

Opened an account recently and had a question on my account. I called 3-4 weeks ago, and the women who answered took my number and said someone would call back. After a week and no response, I called again and spoke to Dakota. He said he would check out my question and call me back the next day. That was 2 weeks ago and still awaiting a call back. 5/3 back seemed to have better service than this.

Ryan was awesome! He helped my husband and I solve some issues with our business account that one of the other locations couldn't. He even opened us a personal account also.

Both ATM machines and always not working and if working it would just eat your money when you deposit cash and act as if you deposited nothing. Told the employees multiple times that both ATMs not working and every time they act surprised and just do nothing about it.

Wendy/Whitney is the only competent employee at this branch. One in *coughs Samantha* particular needs to listen to customer's concerns before misinterpreting and acting upon incorrectly misunderstood complaints. Lets learn together what "reconsideration" means versus a "credit limit increase". The slooooooowest service ever. This is based on multiple visits. I walked out of the lobby after waiting 10 mins. Drive thru always a long line w 1 lane. They closed the good branch on Cornell, poor choice PNC. Step up your game or I will find another bank to take my money to. Also always people sitting in their little offices doing nothing, but are too good to help w customers their in branch.

Sitting at the drive thru for at least 20 minutes again! This is slower than McDonald's drive thru. Always waiting here. I see 1 person inside so why am I still waiting ?

This is our favorite branch. Not to say a few bad eggs have spoiled the entire bunch, but I've visited many branches across town with poor service and have also experienced some extremely rude and unprofessional employees (sorry, Sharonville) and some disengaged employees (sorry, West Chester), but I'm still a loyal PNC customer. Blue Ash is our home branch, and it is the best in town. Everyone here is top notch. My husband and I have always had only great experiences here. In fact, he was a US Bank fan before getting to know the folks here. We really like Carla! She has a wealth of knowledge about PNC products and services, and she is incredibly insightful and offers excellent, useful and helpful advice. Whether it's helping show you how to save money, get rewards, or just how to use some cool new features on the PNC app, she is really smart and passionate about the bank and her customers. She actually makes learning how to save money fun. :)
