  Veniece. Is Sooo disrespectful. I walked in, in a great cheerful mood. . She was SO smug and rude. The smiling woman at the end w the blond hair she was Sooo friendly. Veniece, You could learn a LOT from her. Your mean disposition, I felt like she was snarling at me! Not a good feeling.

  I have been banking at PNC for years. The staff at this branch have consistently been courteous and professional. I needed to sign paperwork for an IRA staff helped me set up and had recently been hospitalized. A staff person came out to the car as I was having mobility issues.
