Nearly every time I come here the ATMs break or go out of service or are off. Then I have to go and verify if the system actually accepted the money or just crashed. Total garbage.

Best help ever today from Melody!! Another staff member could not do a thing, for me when I called yesterday. Told me to call back today. I won't go into details except Melody knew exactly what she was talking about, and I had MY money back in my account where it belonged. THANK YOU VERY MUCH MELODY ?

Their online experience is useless - if we did not have bill pays set up, we would leave - eventually we will anyhow. There is no personal banking here, and if you haven't got that, and you don't have online capabilities, whats left but an empty shell...

Worst customer service ever. Been a customer since ‘97 and I am done with them now. They don’t treat customers well and not friendly. Especially the branch manager Lauren who is quick to close my account

I understand you get busy. I get it. But to leave me on hold for 37 minutes is beyond uncalled for. The least someone could have done was got back on and asked me to call back at a later time or asked if it was urgent... I feel like I just got put on hold and forgot about, or not cared to respond back to. They're always so nice when I go in, but over-the-phone service is sub-par

Don't call this branch for loan service (or the other branch that Sean works at). They have violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I'm absolutely astounded. They pulled my credit report but refuse to give me a copy of it and seem to have absolutely no clue what was on it that led to the denial status. They then asked me to go pull my own credit report to be able to proceed with the dispute (after they've already pulled mine to verify my loan eligibility) and told me to just call back and verify that everything on it was accurate before they could process the dispute. What is going on PNC? Really hoping I get a call from a different representative to resolve this so I do not have to file a report with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and ultimately end up canceling my account entirely.

My account overdrew on the weekend by $25. I currently am sick and did not want to physically enter a bank to deposit the cash. I have no paper checks from my other account (different bank) so I used the external transfer option. The transfer has been pending for 3 days now, my other bank says they approved it yesterday and sent the money but it’s still not reflecting on my account. I was charged the $35 overdraft fee. Called customer service and they would not wave the fee. So basically I was forced to physically enter a bank to put the money in my account so I would not get charged a second fee. All of this while I’m sick. Clearly they are not working with people during this pandemic and do not care for the health of their own employees or other customers. I’m closing my account whenever they decide to post the money from my external transfer. This bank is trash

Worse bank ever. Make everything so hard....suppose to be a big bank you would think it would be easier. Especially the one on Union Cemetery.

Switch to Huntington Bank down the street - they are far superior in all of thier practices - vote with your money!

Not saying this bank isn't nice or doesn't have good customer service but I'm in a hurry and I'm all the way on the other side of town and since they closed every dang PNC, AND PNC ATM in Montgomery AND Loveland, and there's no UDF close by either i now have to drive all the way to Fields ertle to get money out! SO over this!!! You guys couldn't have just left the ATM at Harper's!!?? This is the 4th time it's happened to me! This is getting old very quickly. SO INCONVENIENT!!!!!

Wait times seem excessively long. During lunch rush I only see one teller.Why would you work one teller so hard, why make us wait so long?
