I would give a zero if I could. TERRIBLE service. I sat a the drive thru window for 15 minutes went in and waited 15 more minutes. No manager available. Need to close down.

Love this place only thing that is a down fall is that when someone is sick or out for lunch. It will put a strange on the one person who is working. The lines are long.

Waited in line for a minimum of 15 minutes. Teller, would not allow me to cash and deposit a check from one of my accounts to another one of my accounts. I was receiving no money. She required two forms of ID and I had left mine at the office. Literally everyone in the office see's me 2-3 times a week and the other tellers there know me well. Unfortunately for me, the branch manager was at lunch. There was no common sense and no attempt to try. If she would have simply looked at the 5 accounts, both business and personal that I have there, should could have easily seen that the couple hundred dollar transaction that I was making, was dwarfed by the amount in all ouf my accounts.

There was an African American teller with cornrows who was very rude. Was smart with me and not wanting to help me withdraw funds. Her co worker tried to tell her how to help me and she was getting an attitude so I just left. Shouldn’t work there if she doesn’t want to do her job

No stars, I am in management, when a customer is promised something just as simple as a call back and not get it after being sent away because they were closing then it becomes a problem. Not that this review would make or break anything, just want everyone to know that if you bank with PNC you will not get the service that you expected.

After waiting for a teller, I was told - incorrectly - that I needed to make an appointment, then told - again incorrectly - that a banker could not close a credit card. After months of PNC's inoperable website and absent customer service, this visit fit the mold. If you have the misfortune of banking with PNC, then at least go to the Kenwood branch.

Bryan was great to work with. Was welcomed with a smiling and friendly bank host/security member. Overall, this location was a positive experience. It felt more like a family than it did a bank. The parking lot is fresh, the building inside is updated.

Have several accounts there was going to withdrawn money they had to order been over a week and they still didn't have it had to have it done on Wednesday still didn't have it had over a weeks notice

PNC Bank in Norwood is the worst bank I have ever dealt with.. VERY SLOW service! You always have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get waited on.I have been to the branch the last two days and have walked out both times due to SLOW Service.I'm talking 1-2 customers ahead of me and 10 to 15 minute wait .Today as I was inline one of the tellers just left for lunch , never bothering to take me deposit before she left....So I left too.Time to find another bank who cares about their customers as PNC Bank clearly does not! 7-15-21

Terrible customer service!!!!I have a business and personal account here and have been trying to get help from a banker for over a week.Even the phone support is terrible, i have spent hours on the phone to complete a simple task and have been put on hold for hours on 3 lines.This bank does not care about your money and no one is willing to even speak with you unless you physically go to the bank wait in a 30 minute line just to be told to sit in a chair and wait an undetermined amount of time.I am a business owner and do not have time for this.
