Love this place only thing that is a down fall is that when someone is sick or out for lunch. It will put a strange on the one person who is working. The lines are long.

I been with P.N.C. Bank for years,,no complaints whatsoever. Always friendly and professional staff especially at the Norwood location.

Bryan was great to work with. Was welcomed with a smiling and friendly bank host/security member. Overall, this location was a positive experience. It felt more like a family than it did a bank. The parking lot is fresh, the building inside is updated.
