Been an account holder for 20 years and they've closed down six branches near me. I can only do cash banking at an ATM approximately 25 mi away from my house. Here in Cincinnati they've only got four branches and none of them are anywhere near to me

This bank so slow it makes me not wonna give them any money. I just don't get it. 10 folks in line and two rude cashiers. The other one stone faced with her border up! Can't they just prepare for the morning rush! Every month it's like this... do better PNC. I wish I could charge them a late fee.. waiting in line over 24 mins just for a deposit... Sucks

Waited for 20 minutes before giving up. Only two tellers available at Noon when I would think they'd ramp up for lunch traffic.

The worst location and bank ever. The banker was so rude and unprofessional. She was sitting in her office chatting with her friend for 20 minutes as customers were waiting.

This is the worst bank ever. they are making me wait on withdrawing my ssi disability check till the next day. This is a government check too. I cash the last check and I didn't have to wait on that check either the funds was in my bank account after the check was deposited. I am not a happy person right now, and I will be looking for a new bank asap. I don't recommend this bank at all to anyone looking for a new bank to do their business with.

Only giving 1 star because that’s the lowest rating they allow. But by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I will be closing my account with PNC after today.

Recently notified pnc traveling to Florida, they have robo guy call. 7 miles from home getting gas, charge declined. They don't know what they are doing with cc. Ax, always works!

I went thru the drive thru at 5:40 on Friday to cash a $4.59 check that I had been holding on to.... finally able to make it to the bank before closing time....I work long hours. The only other car there left after less than a minute. It took 6 more minutes to get my money because the girl at the window was talking to the other workers. Shouldn't she have finished with me, then talked to the others? ! It truly didn't look like they were talking business. (Which is fine as long as there are no customers.)

This is my bank. It is a full service bank and do it pretty well. It has had all the services I have ever needed and at the same time I felt more comfortable with everybody I've come across. I don't feel like just a number when I'm there.

I recently had a personal business interaction with Page Klein, AVP Branch Manager at the Buckner, Ky branch. I do on line banking so I rarely have to go into the bank. I just wanted you to know what a wonderful and pleasant and knowledgeable young woman she is. She took the time to answer all my questions and never demonstrated any impatience. I didn't think the previous long time manager could ever be replaced but you have made a wonderful choice in Ms. Klein. Thank you
