I came in to this location to cash my payroll check and the lady at the counter told me she could not cash my check because it was an “online bill payment check”. I asked her why and she told me she did not know. She then turns to look at her coworker and said, “we can’t cash these online bill payment checks can we?” Her coworker then agrees. I asked her if she knew where I could cash it at and she told me no since they are the only place open at 10pm. I called the Reading Road location 6 miles away and they were still open and are open 24 hours as well. The employee told me to bring my check in. I just walked out of Reading Road location with not one question asked except for my phone number!!! Check is cashed. The ladies on Glenway obviously had a problem with me as I walked in. Hmmmm!
