Amazing customer service and call support. I called regarding a question about selling my own personal gym equipment from my home gym. I was able to get an answer right there on the call that was helpful to me. I do feel like their prices are a bit overpriced, to be honest.

Friendly staff. Prices for used discs seemed higher than they are brand new! Overall alright but geeze. They do have a great selection of discs, better than colerain and Norwood the moment. Great store to have in the communities around Cincinnati especially for kids.

I didn’t want to pitch my son baseball clothes, so my husband said to take my clothes to Play It Again Sports…..Carol was wonderful and helpful and I received excellent customer service..I didn’t want anything for the clothing but Carol wouldn’t allow me to leave without giving me fair market value. It’s one of the best places to go and has helped save my family money when your kids really think they want to play a sports and your not spending a ton of money on something that will sit in the corner of the garage. I will keep buying from this location. As a black women I was treated with respect and a customer!!!

It's one of the best places to go and I will definitely keep buying items from them and selling things when I can!!!

Always a great place. If you are looking to buy or sale. They have great selection and you do not have to spend a lot of money if looking for stuff for your self.
