By far one of the best planet fitness gyms I’ve been at. The entire gym was very clean and the General Manager Nick was extremely helpful to me on my visit !

Let me start by saying that as a member of LA Fitness and now Planet Fitness. You guys have nothing to envy LA fitness. Very nice and clean facility, many amenities, great customer service. Staff super welcoming. I have to Gym memberships because I travel a lot for work and some gyms are not as close as to were I work. So this way keeps my options open. Perfect example I went to Escorta Fitness cause thats what its in-the area for LAF partners (??♂️) and the place wash trash , sorry to say it like that but it was. Now here I am :) thank you for keeping your showers clean. If you Guy had a spa or a steam room. Man game over. Great facility. Thanks again

Jaryd, Nick & Zaire- SUPER FRIENDLY when getting my own membership. Had been going w a friend, as her guest, for over 6 months (on & off) & everyone was friendly. When getting my own membership- Jaryd, Nick & Zaire were super helpful & walked me thru it on the app! Thank you all!Also, after visiting other PF’s, Tri County has newer machines- that I LOVE! Maybe I’m just used to their machines but much prefer them over Fairfield & Finneytown (sorry- could be personal preference). Again, everyone at Tri County has always been friendly but these three exceeded my expectations. Customer service- helpful & caring staff STILL EXIST- how refreshing! Thank you PF Tri County staff!You have not gone unnoticed! ~Emily G.

PF isn't so bad. It's about what you do to make it really work. But not one is 24hrs in cincinnati. I mean every day 24 hr. I drive, and literally, every state I've been to that isn't my home state, has an every day 24hr planet fitness. So it's a slap in the face that when I'm home on the weekends, I can't do my normal time. So I'm stuck with people that waist space on their phones during earlier hours. Which is upsetting because I go for me. Not to show everyone else to get approval when you're making no progress. For the sake of saying you went. Lol. Yes, that was a lot, but still true. You should bring back your third shift everyday.

Used to be a great place to work out when they were open 24-7. Unfortunately, corporate greed took advantage of the Covid-19 situation. Also, the music there is so loud that I can hear it over my headphones, which is pretty ridiculous.

The staff here is very welcoming and always willing to help. Every time I come there is always someone cleaning something which shows how well kept the gym is. I truly enjoy coming to work out in such a great environment!

The gym is peaceful and very clean as someone with O.C.D I feel most at ease at this gym because it’s tidy, its orderly and clean from top to bottom
