I've been going here for years for their selection, fair pricing and good service. Recently I had a small repair on my wife's engagement ring and they did a great job. Nice to have a fine business like this one in the neighborhood. Check them out!

Could not have had a more pleasant experience than I did here!I was shopping for an engagement ring (she said yes!) and the team at Bortz was so extremely helpful, informative, and outright AWESOME. On a couple occasions, I went in to the store to look around, ask curious questions about diamond types and styles (they have tons!), and kept “coming back” to a 3-diamond set up they had. Of course, I looked at other stores in the area but didn’t have nearly the warm/welcoming experience that I had here.In retrospect, as a jewelry-rookie I was probably asking some silly questions, but it was an important moment in my life - and they truly respected that. They never once ‘sighed’ or turned away from any of the questions I asked. I felt appreciated, and could tell they cared about me finding “the right one” for my now-fiancée. Never once felt pressured, persuaded, or anything of the kind. I felt supported.When it came time to get the ring sized, I dropped it off on a Friday morning and it was ready the following Tuesday afternoon. To me, it seemed incredibly quick! She was so excited to hear it was ready. Of course, it ended up fitting her perfectly. I wouldn’t expect anything less!5 Stars!I’ll absolutely be coming back in the future to get the matching band and other jewelry down the road.THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We are not local to Cincinnati, but we will not buy jewelry anywhere else! Matt was super helpful when my husband was picking out my engagement ring, and our wedding bands came out incredible. They were able to create a custom band for me using diamonds from my grandmother, which was so special! It is truly something I will cherish for the rest of my life, and it complements my engagement ring so well. For big and small jewelry purchases, this is the place you want to go. Could not recommend Philip Bortz Jewelers enough!

Superb Service!My wife found a very old bracelet in her mother's storage drawer. We brought it in to get it cleaned up and to learn a little more about it. They cleaned it beautifully and were able to fill us in on its origins.They did such a great job, my wife wore the bracelet in our son's wedding a few weeks later. They'll be our go-to jewelry destination from now on!

Very welcoming and professional jewelers. I had a repair, resizing and combining my wedding band to my engagement ring. With such a personal piece of jewelry, they took special care and I appreciate the results. All the work was completed in just over 1 week. My ring looks amazing!

Purchased my wife's engagement ring AND wedding band here.. they have a customer for life! Not only did they beat everyone else's price for a 1 carat stone they beat it by ALOT! My wife and I couldn't be happier and love stopping in for random visits.. if your in the market for a diamond or fine jewelery, shop nowhere else!
