Aria and I came in and were immediately met with a friendly smile and greeting from Brittany. She helped me get my dog food, carried it out to my car and, seeing my baby, we shared photos of our little ones. I also showed her a picture of my Bear - it was his birthday! Thank you for being so kind and helpful, Brittany! Rosemary and Grayson have a great momma!

Prices are high. Staff is mostly friendly. Everything is clean and well kept.
I went through the other day and there was a group of teens bullying and abusing the hamsters and pets in the petting area. I was very upset and went to tell a lady working there what was happening. Instead of immediately going to investigate and correct the teens, she just said "thanks, I'll let someone know." What? You work there? Why not go stop it immediately? I had to walk out of the store because it was so upsetting...

Pretty dogs, nice employees, they tend to try and shove info in your face rather than just conversationz also handing you a tablet while you play with a wild puppy is very hard to keep them from trying to eat the device, love what they stand for though

Very clean .
Very nice
Staff were beyond friendly.
The prices for animals is very expensive. Pure breads, it sure where they get them dogs & cats from .
They let families acclimate to the animals in a nice cubicle to see if it's a good match. That's a nice thing.

Nice collection of toys and equipment. I like the pet areas where you can play with the animals. Noticed employees were cleaning messes very quickly also.

Don't shop here... this place is shady! I purchased a frenchie 5 years ago and would come back often after just to visit and play with the pups. I saw another frenchie and inquired about the price. They refused to tell me. They have to give a "presentation". After I mentioned I was a previous buyer and asked if the presentation was about the puppy package she confirmed it was but yet refused to tell me... she said its their policy and management "beats it into them" not to tell pricing without it. I don't know about you but I'm not just gonna fork out thousands of dollars with out some basic info. Lots of poor pups are just gonna sit there.

Customer service here is so great! The employees are so nice and helpful. The puppies seem very well taken care of and are always so sweet, playful and energetic. I always see the staff making sure the store is clean and sanitized. Overall a very nice, well kept store.

Been to this Petland twice and both experiences were awful. First time we were coming in to visit a dog and they didn’t bother to call us to tell us that she had an allergic reaction so we couldn’t meet with her after making the 30 minute drive. Then the second time I was literally in the process of a payment plan, none of the workers were helpful and did not bother to check in with me to see what was happening. Then a customer calls about the dog I’m trying to apply for and were about to sell them the dog over the phone WHILE I was in the process with the dog. At that point I was frustrated especially waiting almost 30 minutes for the next step of the application so yes, I walked out. Do not go here. Don’t recommend it.

We bought a parakeet from Petland. They sold us a sick budgie.
It got sicker and when I took it to the vet, he said the bird is dying. It had upper respiratory infection from another bird which got worse and turned into pneumonia.
The vet said I have lot of people coming to me with the budgies from Petland and they all have the same disease.
The air in Petland is contaminated which makes the birds very sick.
We had to put our budgie to sleep because it was suffering.
It’s sad how Petland keeps the birds in such unhygienic conditions.
I would say it’s the worse place to buy birds, don’t every get a pet from there..
If you need to buy any pets, go to Petsmart, they know how to take care of animals.

People are good, animals look good, but by far the most expensive dogs in the area. $5600 for a dog? Does it come with a diamond collar? These dogs are more than likely from the same exact place that they'll tell you to avoid. Good looking dogs are everywhere. Go elsewhere.
