The staff here is absolutely wonderful. My dog has had some horrible experiences at our previous practice and is now understandably petrified of going to the vet but she seems to feel comfortable here, with Dr. T especially. And the sweet-hearted techs always go out of their way to make the process less scary for her.

Loveland office was wonderful to deal with! They fit me in on a Saturday for my cat's eye problem. Such a pleasant experience Working with Dr. Hill and staff !

Wonderful placed. I called with an emergency from the holiday and they got me me to take care of my cat Snow. The Veterinarian came in and said hi Snow...remembered her. She doesn't go that often. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to Dr. Hill for several years now, this last visit I took my Gracie in for her wellness check / shots. While Dr. Hill mentioned she should have her labs done I questioned about pricing the question was not acknowledged. I am on a limited income like everyone else these days. They took my Gracie back to get her shots, etc. I purchased flea and heartworm preventative and when it was time to checkout it came to 566.00 I was not prepared for that. I mentioned it to girl at that time and she didn't seem to care, nothing she could have done. It would have been nice to be given an estimate of cost beforehand so I could have decided what I was able to afford at the time. I love my fur babies and know that it is a financial responsibility but this expense was unprecedented. In all of my 40 + years of having pets never have i experienced this. I did voice my concern to them the following business day. Going forward I will be more mindful.
Ask for pricing estimate before they take your pet behind closed doors.
