They broke my oil pan because they over tightened the bolt .. went the next day and they said it had nothing to do with the work they did, had to go to a mechanic and pay $400 to get that replaced!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been going here for YEARS, 20 at least. They always take very good of me. Very polite and they get me in and out fast. Never an issue.

I have been coming here for years … lately the customer service has tremendously declined . The gentleman are good people however the lady there (who claims to be the manager) was extremely disrespectful. I feel mistreated and hurt from all the time , money and referrals I have given this business . To be treated sooo poorly .

Just called to ask if they were busy and the "lady" who answered the phone who apparently had far more important things to do replied yes with a rude tone to her voice and hung up. This WAS gonna be my 1st time going there, but thanks to her, I'll gladly find somewhere else.

Always take my cars here. Great service and tracking. Had to document oil changes one time and they had my whole history available. Great service, great people!

I've been getting my oil changes at Pennzoil for over 10 years.. the staff is very professional I never have to wait and if I do it's not for too long the staff is fast yet very thorough you would not be disappointed

I appreciate the technicians at Pennzoil they did a greate job and they let me know about a loose screw I had on a part of my motor I was able to get that taken care of right away and saved me from other problems I may have had down the road! Greate job!
