My entire home was redone with Pella wood windows, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The excellent crew from Setters Construction was professional and kind, with wonderful attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make sure the windows were installed correctly and looked amazing. They even replaced a piece of missing lattice around one of the windows, so it looked uniform. I can’t say enough good things about the Setter Construction crew and my overall experience with Pella. Great work!

Nate and Justin did a great job with our patio door sweep issue. They identified the problem that prevented our sweep from opening and closing cleanly and spent as much time as needed to engineer "the fix." We are encouraged that this is solved, but even if it is just "the next thing tried," we cannot say enough good things about Pella's service and work on customer satisfaction -- outstanding!!!

We were so impressed with the team from Pella that replaced our windows. Nate, Justin, Brady, Tony, Jared and Mitch were all professional, worked quickly but very efficiently, cleaned the windows after installation as well as their work areas, including using a hand vac. Our windows look beautiful. We would highly recommend this team of excellence, as well as this Pella Window Company of Montgomery. They stand behind their products. Would def purchase windows from them again. We give them 5/5.

The entire experience was great with Pella Montgomery. Our installer - Tony West - was exceptional and offered 30 years of experience that showed. Not only was the quality of the product great (10 windows and a door), Tony made sure to not tear apart my house and also cleaned up the little mess that was made. I highly recommend working with this organization and will do so myself for any future projects.
