I’m oh so very disappointed. My brother bought this for me early this fall at an art fair. I absolutely loved it. This was my 3rd time using it EVER. Here I was pouring some hot water over my tea bag and *crack* *crack* splash! I am shocked this happened. Before you ask, the mug was not cold when I poured water in. I am shocked that a high fire mug would break like this. I thought ceramic like this could last for always forever. It was so expensive too. I’m very sad, this became my favorite mug and it was on display in my china cabinet. Never microwaved and always hand washed. ?Edit: I came back to edit my review. I microwaved it once. I was thinking about it all day and I remembered I warmed up some hot cocoa in it when I was in a rush a couple weeks ago. If this is the reason it could’ve broken… I will gladly change my review or remove it all together. I see you responded, thank you Jason. I will reach out after the holidays.

I broke a pasta bowl (by dropping it on the floor) I had purchased from Parsley Pottery and contacted them to replace it with a similar item. They were so nice and quick to help me get a new one. The replacement is beautiful, as was the initial piece.

I love this place. They have lots of lovely things, but my favorites are the "pinch" olive oil bottles. Have given away many as gifts and of course have one myself. They are beautiful AND practical.
