Polite staff, puzzling return policy. Pangea please realize your clientele are older women who don’t believe in gift receipts/plastic. Now we are stuck with a necklace that physically gives you welts. Please be more lenient with the return policy if you know there’s a possibility of skin issues.

Bad return policy! My granddaughter specifically asked when purchasing what the return policy was, and informed 30 days. Based on that assumption one would think as most stores you would get refund if returned by 30 days....not Pangaea! We returned today and informed after the sales clerk who called the manager that you only get in store credit. Sales clerk informs us the manager was the person we asked on their return policy, and now the manager denies ever talking to us! A professional manager or sales clerk when asked "what is your return policy, the response should have been 30 days in store credit, past 30 no refund". Pangaea you just lost a great new customer who shops a lot - who wants to do business with a manager who lies and has a horrible return policy much different that most stores. Good luck, karma is bad!

Great place to shop, especially for jewelry/gifts. They have a unique clothing selection too, but that's on the pricy side. I imagine it would be great to go during a sale!

Very nice selection of unique and reasonably priced items. Only reason this is not a 4 or 5-Star review is customer service. Cashier said she couldn't give 2 different gift receipts on 2 items because this was one purchase. I think she either was too lazy or didn't know how to, either way not an excuse. I was in too much of a hurry to argue, but that's bad customer service. I shouldn't have to argue about basic stuff.

Great selection of women's clothing and accessories. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their stock and store policies. Jane H's review about their policy is true, but my wife asked BEFORE she purchased her items and the clerk clearly stated that only store credits were issued. So, don't buy something unless you love it or plan on shopping for a replacement. The jewelry selection is nice and diverse. I think one would have no problem finding something for oneself or as a gift. I do not believe they have anything for guys. That's fine. My wife loves browsing and usually finds one or two things to buy. The prices might be a little higher as the store tends to sell the non-gmo/fair trade/organic etc etc kind of items. So you are helping support small businesses around the world. Good for you and good for Pangea and Toko Baru.

Courteous and unobtrusive staff that greet you in a nice manner and don't pressure you while shopping or browsing. They don't seem to take returns on sale items but they offer 30 day return on full price items and do store credit as well. Cute and interesting clothing, jewelry and pretty cool sock collection which is my jam. Been gift shopping here for years and no regrets yet.

Trendy clothing and accesory store...but I go there for the rocks! *ahem* the gemstone jewelry to be precise. :) A sister store to Toko Baru across the street and Kismet across town, Pangea is also it's oen unique brand of eclectic. In its glass counters are an interesting display of numerous rings, most of which contain a wide variety of gemstones. Behind the counter on the back wall, there's also a pinup display of pendants and earrings, all gemstone, and all silver. If you're looking for gemstone jewelry in silver for a reasonable price... Look no further! Pangea is where it's at!

WOW ! With help I was so happy with all the things I bought, tights and tops. I found a HoBo bag and tops for my daughter's BD TOO ! I treated myself to my 74 BD there and couldn't be more satisfied with quality, price and eclectic styles I live in Clifton and this will be my store, right size, right area, great service.

I absolutely love Pangaea! most of the items that they sell are either made locally or fair trade. Their clothes are perf too sooo, yep! love 'em!
