Osterbrock and their wedding designer absolutely saved the day this past weekend! After my sister's original florist bailed the morning of her wedding, we reached out to Osterbrock for last-minute flowers. They created 5 bridesmaids bouquets, 2 small flower girls' bouquets, a beautiful bridal bouquet, and 8 boutonierres in 2 hours. They were beautiful, and you would have never known they were made in a pinch. I would absolutely recommend using Osterbrock for your wedding!

We had a phenomenal experience with Osterbrock! After our original florist left the bride high and dry on her wedding day (after confirming with them just 4 days earlier), Osterbrock saved the day! We contacted them at 11AM on Sunday and we had everything we needed in hand SAME DAY at 1PM. They asked us to text them inspiration pics and they executed it exactly as the bride intended!! They were SO EASY to work with. I cannot recommend them enough - they will now be my go to florist in Cincy!

Cannot thank this florist enough for the large, beautiful Peace Lily that was delivered to the funeral of a family member. The delivery was made as requested, and the quality of the plant was superb. The total cost was also very reasonable. I will definitely use this company for all of my Cincinnati florist needs. I know I can trust them to truly deliver!!

We recently engaged Ostenbrock Florist for our wedding and were wowed from start to finish. From the planning and communication to the work on budget and pricing. We were beyond thrilled when the arrangements were delivered. We are so happy to have discovered Barb and her wonderful designer. We have a local florist now to go back to again and again.

Not happy at all. I live in Chicago and typically use this florist for same day delivery for friends and family in Cincinnati. Having a "go to" florist that you can trust when your states away and want to make your loved ones feel special is so important. I spent almost an hour picking out a special bouquet for my mother's birthday yesterday - from the colors and what they symbolize, to the length, and the base. Upon arrival it turns out the flowers were NOTHING like I ordered and I am heartbroken. I paid a premium for a certain bouquet but what arrived looked like a $30 arrangement from Kroger. I'm extremely disappointed and unfortunately this once "go to" florist has lost my trust.
