The initial call we needed an apartment quickly and was rudely greeted by Jen at front office. I thought perhaps she had a bad day and issues me documents like it was a waste of time. I was emailed and excepted thrown two sets of keys that didn’t work and was told I figure it out. No tour, no run down benefits had to find our apartment with filthy carpets that were not cleaned - they offered after I complained but was working and couldn’t let them in. Purchased a service dog pup in training for my strokes and was harassed by management and lost $6,000 dollars due to the aggravation. By the management team.
I ask questions weekly and no one will get up from their desk and walk over and train on the technolgy of building. We have been treated with little respect by a subpar office team that I feel is incompetent in almost every way. I pay rent they key the numbers in wrong then try to evict. I change email to try to get the technology working the same person keys that in wrong. I had to get a hotel for 10 days due to a fire alarm no matter what maintenance did it would start back on at night. Not the beep the full get out now screaming system. I’m a professional that manages business and people and never have experienced such a mess. I’ve never been compensated or refunded I’ve been given wrong numbers when I wanted to speak to ownership who just reached regionally but did not follow through with an email or the things promised. I like half of what I paid to live here as compensation for the miserable experience. The rent is near $2k and you have pit bulls, unleashed animals, police in full swat coming in and out of building the water spits out black grud so you have to triple filter and I had to go to hospital with bacterial infection drinking the water by accident. The building reeks of Mary Jane and just walked down the stair well to be greeted by dog crap in the stairwell. This is the short list and have given the team here multiple times to correct and they act as if we’re the only folks upset. We’re not. The tenants are leaving in groves if able others are unhappy but with the housing market have few options. It’s a shame. I’m embarrassed to have put my self through this. Being handicapped this building has uneven floors and hard to access doors in back. We have 3 handicap for building 2 and about 10 handicapped folks. I can go on and on but thankfully we will exit here. I surely hope coporate cleans house and hires folks that do more than harass and push paper. I plan to file with the BBB and the association of renters and speak to a local legal team. I will continue to post Stonegates steps.

One 30 Stonegate has been a phenomenal place to live. After having so many bad experiences at other apartment complexes, we were skeptical going in. We have been here a year and truly have no complaints. All of the management employees are so sweet and friendly and you never feel like they are trying to “sell” you on something. The apartments are brand new and well taken care of. The amenities are beautiful - from the gym, to the pool, to the fancy coffee maker! The comfort of calling this place home is well worth every penny.

The apartments here are very nice and modern. The maintenance folks are quick to respond to any issues, and the rest of the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

If you're looking for a resort style living experience you want to visit One 30 Stonegate! I moved in a few weeks ago and its luxury living! The views of the outdoor entertainment complex, which includes fire pits, pool and outdoor barbecue area to the indoor lounge with demo kitchen for hosting parties, shuffleboard and workout room make this place a perfect way to enjoy the new way of living "staying in". Did I mention that the elevator takes me right down to the parking garage!

This is a beautiful, secure community. There is a huge, beautiful pool and resort style patio with a gym. It’s upscale living at its finest!

I was seriously considering an apartment at One 30 Stonegate. But, in the end, took another place, simply because it was a bit closer to work.That said, I was very impressed with the facility, as well as the management team. Toni Ann, who was my contact, was responsive and professional, answering all my questions in a timely manner and was eager to accommodate any of my concerns.If you're looking for a place in the Anderson / Forrestville area, I highly recommend it.

It's close to shopping, restaurants and in one of the best school districts ( Forest Hills School District) in Ohio. The property management team is on the ball and here for your every need. I just moved in a few weeks ago to this resort like apt with an incredible view of the outdoor entertainment complex with a lighted pool, outdoor fire pits, outdoor barbecue. Inside the lobby area is a lounge with a demo kitchen for "want to be"celebrity chefs, shuffleboard and workout center! One of the best features is taking the elevator straight to the parking garage. The apt itself has a gourmet open kitchen plan with windows from floor to ceiling! Very open feel with the high ceilings!It feels like I'm living at a resort.
