The no longer have discount days, and they take all the best stuff and sell high dollar online on their eBay store. I will not donate to them ever again. They aren't about helping the needy or anything about "Good Will" as in toward others. They are about profits!

This goodwill has gone way downhill. Selling a crochet blanket for $70 and even the worker there said the new lady who prices everything is ridiculous. Everything is incredibly overpriced you can’t afford it anymore. Got rid of military and veteran discounts. I’ve been going here for 4 years and within the past 6 months it’s been going downhill. Went on Saturday and the lady working there was so rude when asked about items pricing. I won’t even be donating my clothes here anymore knowing they’re just trying to turn a profit.

This is my least favorite thrift store in the Cincinnati area. There were no bathrooms, the fitting rooms were closed and the older white lady was a little snobby. The only reason for the 2 stars is because I did manage to find 2 cute shirts

I shopped at this location for the first time recently and I will definitely return. I was looking for some items for my classroom and I was thrilled to find so many wicker baskets for reasonable prices. The store was pretty well organized and easy to browse and see what they had. I briefly looked at the dresses, but I'd like to come back another time and look at their clothes some more.

Good stuff at a good price if you can make it through the line. They rarely have more than one register open no matter how long the line is and the manager is completely worthless. Luckily however the regional manager is highly capable and considerate. If there's a leadership problem at one of her stores better believe she's going to take care of it
