“We cannot speak highly enough about Benken. We go there frequently for plants, classes, and events. This review speaks specifically about Benken Venue. We initially wanted a greenhouse wedding and were thrilled to find Benken, which is centrally located and very affordable. We continued to be blown away by their customer service throughout the wedding planning process. Robin is simply THE best and made our day so special. She went above and beyond to coordinate with vendors and walk us through how the day would be organized. Our guests are still talking about what a unique and beautiful venue Benken is. We especially adore our cocktail hour in the house plant area and taking pictures around the grounds and in the greenhouse. It was truly so dreamy, especially in the Atrium at night. We cannot recommend Benken enough. This is your sign to book this small business venue NOW. What a value and a treasure!”
“Beautiful and extremely healthy annuls and perennials. The pansies I bought thrived from March right until the heat came in June. I bought ~ 40 four inch impatiens (sunpatiens ) that grew 3 ft wide and cascade into each other around the boarder of my front garden. The delphiniums and butterfly bushes are similarly thriving. The staff are very helpful, and it is always a joy to visit this wonderful nursery.”
“This place is my favorite. It's like walking through a fairy tale, everything is so beautiful and lush and vibrant. Everyone on the staff is so nice and they go out of their way for customers. Every time I've needed assistance finding a certain plant, or had questions about plant care, they have been extremely attentive and helpful. I was just there today and I'll be back again soon!”

Steve is the best, so knowledgeable about all the native species, and very generously spent a good amount of time with us today showing us what he's done around the land there. Also has a ton of native plants to choose from!! We were so happy to find this valuable resource as we dive into a little restoration in our yard. “This is locally owned family business. They are knowledgeable about plants and planting, fertilizer and general farming. Their prices are competitive and they are located within few miles of large hardware stores. But. I prefer to buy my stuff from this location cause I can support a local business and I get great service. They are extremely helpful.”

“In the spring you can buy flowers and plants while in the fall they have a pumpkin/fall festival where there is games and rides and even a tractor ride that takes you to where the pumpkins are at. And once you pick a pumpkin out you can take pictures with various cut outs and once your done you take the tractor back to where you got on at.”

“it's the best Home Depot in Cincinnati! the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I normally have my dog who is very well behavedwith me and even a few employees remember him by name. To me that's huge WOW! If something is not in stock the service desk is always very helpful. I have been going to this Home Depot for a long time. So long, I still remember when this was a 24hr a day Home Depot. I've maybe encountered less than 5 employees in all those years that just weren't a typical Home Depot employee. Hats off to the great staff that make me loyal to HD.”

I stopped due to they "lost" all of my layaway at Christmas time (when tickle me Elmo)was a hot new toy! Well, I just shopped there today(1/7/2020) AND OMG!!
