Was almost hit by one of their careless drivers. I was quite surprised that the driver would make the choices he did not only because it was not safe but also with the company name on the vehicle.

On 8-4-2024 we called AAA for a tow on our car at 11:30. We were told North Gate towing would be coming to us. At 12:15 we called again and were told that North Gate came, waited 7 minutes and didn't find us. We gave specific directions as to where were in the parking garage at Hard Rock casino and they never called us to find where we were parked. We decided to drive our car to North Bend road to eat at Taco Bell. As we got off the exit the car started to smoke. So we pulled into the Taco Bell parking lot and let the car cool down while we ate our food. After finishing we tried to start the car and the car wouldn't start so we called AAA again and were told that North Gate towing would be out at 3:30. It was about 2:30 when we called. We waited until 3:45 again with no call, and called AAA again only to find out no one could get to us until 6:30.. So we left keys in the car and and took Uber home. Very disappointed with service provided by North Gate towing

Northgate Towing saved me when my car wouldn’t start! Driver was courteous, helpful and friendly. Dispatcher went above and beyond to give me an eta. I recommend Northgate Towing and I will use them again anytime I need a tow. They got me out of a jam! ?

Check this out. Northgate Towing has been going to Brandy's Club and towing cars that are parked on the sidewalk. This towing company does not work for Brandy's or the City of Cincinnati and has possibly been towing cars illegally, even after they have been ticketed by the City. They tow cars from Brandy's and hide them in the neighborhood then go back, get them and take them to their lot in Carthage. For having your car in Northgate Towing possession for 13 hours, they are charging $258. I would recommend that if you see them towing a car or trying to tow a car, challenge the driver and call the police because he does not tow/work for anyone legally. If your car has been towed, check the neighborhood, because they cannot possibly tow all the cars straight back to the lot in the short period of time, that's why they hide them in the neighborhood and come back and get them later. This is some really messed up stuff that this towing company has been doing and it needs to be exposed. If you have friends or family that frequent Brandy's, be sure to show this review to them and above all PARK LEGALLY!

The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid. No hidden chargers. They arrived sooner than I was told. Driver Chris and his partner are very professional. I would recommend they to friends and family as well as use their service again.

**notice all the recent good reviews have to be friends and family** Negative -1,000. Do not use this shady company (I refuse to call it a business) for anything!! I am spreading the word to all friends, family, colleagues, fellow patrons, Facebook, Intstagram, Twitter: all social media followers and strangers on the street - BEWARE and AVOID doing any type of business with this shady shady "operation". You'll thank me later. I had property stolen from my car after it was towed by them when my car was totaled in an accident.

My car was hit and totaled police called these folks not me and took 4 days after calling the police on them to force them to tell me where my car was. Probably because they stole things out of within the 4 days. When I reported things was missing I was told to leave. When I said I’ll be back for the rest of my property . The dude said I would have to pay. Well I keep all receipts. The fool helped get me reimbursed for everything. Got me extra money in fact . The fools let me take receipts for car repairs and other things that I had in the clove box because of this and receipts at home I didn’t loose anything. I got more my attorney got more. Thanks to the a-hole who thought he was hurting me. Tools and everything that I couldn’t get I got back in money. Criminals never win in the long run. The first 2 pics are the addresses he same punk gave me one was on the card I went place wasn’t there I called him hey gave me the one I wrote down 4 days later I called the police. Because my jobs keys was in the car too so they had no choice but to tell me or my job was also going to call he police by no on me !!! Cops called and told the same guy who towed me and gave me a bogus address and stole my things to tell me. And that’s how I ended up with he right address. They gave it to the cops. By again yes that fool helped get me more by being stupid if I would have gotten the property still wouldn’t be as much as I got back. Property looses value over time. but I got It all back brand new ! Just like I kept all those receipts over the years I’ll keep this too as a reminder how stupid ppl are when they are trying to hurt you for no reason !!! Thanks and o this company for hiring the thief . He’s probably their family member lol
