I ordered 3 Sloan 0325149 tools off their web site and they sent Zurn PERK6000-W-TC a totally differnt tool. When I told them they said that the Sloan had beed discontinued years ago and the Zurn was the replacement. I asked why it was still on their site for sale and no answer. Then I returned them and paid the freight and they only refunded the tool price. I am out $20 for $23 dollars worth of tools i don't have. What a company!!!!

Ordered the wrong part for a faucet, texted them about and pictures of what I needed, they let me do a refund and they didn’t have the exact part but sent me a link to Kohler who did have it. They’re so helpful, I’ll totally order from them again. I’ll probably text first next time so I get the right thing in the first place :)

Texted these guys on Saturday when they were closed and they answered me back. Ordered on Sunday and arrived at my house Wednesday. Put part in and so far so good. Never talked to anyone and order went flawless. Will order from again. Great shipping, came UPS. Thanks guys for your help.

I have come here as a maintenance technician countless times. NOT ONCE did these guys fail to impress me with their knowledge. They are across town for me and I don’t complain due to their unmatched service. I can bring in a busted chewed up cartridge or part and within 10 seconds the guys are like “ yup we have one right over here” and will bring me the exact match from what I had. I was at my witts end with a 39 year old American Standard faucet. It had been leaking for many, many months so I contacted American Standard. They referred me to Noel’s Plumbing. My faucet would not have been able to be replaced without removing the whole tub. They immediately contacted me and told me what to do. They stayed with me the whole time till I found the problem although they didn’t get a sale out of me they did fix my problem no more leaky faucet, I have them in my contacts now and will use them anytime I have a plumbing problem. Thank you Noels Plumbing for the best service I’ve ever had!!

This place rocks! I have replaced two parts for an old Gerber faucet in the laundry tub. After the spout was leaking, I could not find the right washers anywhere. I had to replace the whole spout, which they had in stock, and it was priced competitively. Now, not a drop leaks.

We were able to buy parts for our antique toilet here! Unfortunately, the toilet fell off the wall so we had to return the parts before we got the chance to use them. But returning was quick and easy! The staff is super helpful.

I ordered a bathtub spout which I had a hard time finding. I wasn't exactly sure how to fit the spout on the copper pipe so I texted Noel's and a gentleman walked me through what I needed to do to replace. Super patient and works great. Thank you!
