Ordered the wrong part for a faucet, texted them about and pictures of what I needed, they let me do a refund and they didn’t have the exact part but sent me a link to Kohler who did have it. Texted these guys on Saturday when they were closed and they answered me back. Ordered on Sunday and arrived at my house Wednesday. Put part in and so far so good. Never talked to anyone and order went flawless. Will order from again. Great shipping, came UPS. Thanks guys for your help.
