How refreshing to do business with such a reputable company. We had a serious accident on Christmas eve with one of our semi trucks that hit ice on I275 @ 2am. Nick's Towing was on the scene, cleaned everything up and towed our units to their lot. As a safety director I am used to being gouged by many less than reputable tow companies. Nick's treated us fairly and was very reasonable with GREAT customer service. Thank you Nick's for helping us out and contributing to the good in our community. WJService: Special vehicle towing

The most disrespectful chauvinistic company ever. My son was in an accident and his car was towed to the Nicks towing lot. I walked in with him so he could retrieve his belongings from the car. They ignored me standing at the counter leaning on my 2 canes. Just kept talking to each other. So I sat in front of them in one o their chairs and waited. Finally they asked what I wanted. They first told me we could not get in it. That they would need to locate it. I pointed out the window where it sat in front lot. They they asked if I had full coverage. I responded yes. they said nasitily... are you sure what you have? because most people have no idea what they actually have. I was really mad now. I said Yes, I am positive what I have. Why? Because we can not let you in the car unless we know the fees are being paid. I pulled up the app and showed them. Then they wanted to know when it was going to be removed. (mind you it was just brought there 2 hours before) I said I have no idea, I would imagine after Progressive comes and looks at it. Can we get his belongings? They said we could have just a few minutes. They treated me like a criminal and like I had no idea what I was talking about. I pulled my van over and blocked their view from the window with my van so they could not watch over us. I have been to other lots after car accidents. No one has ever treated me like this. They just let us get our things and were kind at an already bad time. Use Bill's Towing in Blue Ash or Reese Towing in Pleasant Ridge. Both were fantastic.

All the rumors are true. This place iS awful. When I asked the older man around the age of (80) if I could have my ID back he proceeded to throw my ID at me, it hit the ground. Completely UNPROFESSIONAl, rude, incompetent staff. never got an apology for the way he acted even other staff showed up and witnessed his rude behavior they sat back and enjoyed the show.

My husband had his car towed. FYI.... not by choice!!! Nicks towing let us know everything we needed to do to get it out. They were helpful and very pleasant. I was a bit nervous when I read the reviews. We had absolutely no issues.....

RUDE!!! I went in with a friend who was hit by someone and had her car towed by Nicks. The way we were treated from the moment we walked in the door was nothing but unprofessional and rude. I can't help but feel the way we were treated was because we are younger appearing females, and I would never recommend this business to anyone. My friend wanted to get some belongings out of her car since it was soon to be towed from nicks to the insurances shop of choice and was not only denied getting into her own car, but also the men in the shop stood in the window and watched us while she looked at the outside of her car that been hit. It was totally creepy and unnecessary.

Send your car elsewhere. Working with this company has been nothing but trouble. Limited hours, rude employees, and will only accept cash to get our vehicle released.

People saying they're rude for not letting people other than the registered owner bring in the car or see the car, it's pretty common practice, they don't want to be liable in case that person tries to steal the car or something of that sort. As for my personal experience, this is my Go-To body shop, Excellent service and accessible. (I live like 5 minutes away)

Overall fantastic experience. Randy was very easy to get a hold of, handled much of the insurance correspondence, and did a great job replacing my cracked bumper. I would recommend them to a friend.
