Driving around with a horn that doesn't work (per the dispatcher ) but the drivers finger did and he didn't hesitate to yell and scream out his window.Maybe it was the other car I heard honking and I was mistaken when I said it was your driver but the dispatcher was more worried about that then controlling your driver tells me all I need to know about the company. Pure trashEdit: (reply to response) I am absolutely sure it was New Dawn and have attached the phone log of my call to New Dawn. You either lied during the phone call or you are lying now.

Our door was hit (while open) in a parking lot so it wouldn’t close. The car also would not drive without the door closed so we called for a tow. The driver was great, he bent the door and forced it closed so we could drive it instead of being towed. He was so nice and funny, made the rainy night less stressful. Thanks!
