Thank you for caring about our family during this impossible time. We would never have been able to navigate all of the pieces to honor our loved one the way we wanted without Mike S.'s guidance. Alexis was amazing!!!! She made a horrible situation into one with a little bit of laughter and humor. She is incredible at what she does and made my father look amazing! She has an incredible personality and very personable.

I wanted to leave a huge thank you to Mike Sexton and the Westside chapel. Loosing your Mom know matter the age is one of the hardest losses you will experience. Mike helped me through the whole process . From dealing with the insurance companies to giving me back the pillow she died on. She looked so beautiful and peacefully. Thank you to all the Westside staff.

I've had to use the services of Newcomers twice in the past 6 months. Both times I was treated respectful and am grateful to have had Nick and Andrea help me at these difficult times. They both are very good at what they do, no pressure just helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

As a member of the Ohio Patriot Guard Riders, we see and work with numerous funeral directors in and around the Cincinnati area. We have stood for veterans at the West Side Chappell a number of times and have always been impressed with the consideration shown to the families in this their time of need. They went out of their way to make us comfortible too, as we show the honor and respect due the veteran.

I can not express deeply enough my appreciation for the thoughtfulness and compassion shown to my family. Andrea Barr goes above and beyond. She showed great understanding and compassion with my family, making a difficult situation and hard part of life much easier to make it through. That amount of compassion, empathy and understanding is almost unheard of these days. The building is beautiful and the prices are more than fair. I would refer anyone to Andrea and Newcomer.
