Everyone there is so welcoming and helpful. I see Tara regularly, she has been helping grow my nails out, they are the longest they have ever been. We are now focusing on getting them stronger. I stopped biting them when I started getting them done by her this past spring. Pics are of how my nails started, a couple months in, and how long they are now and my most recent set. I’m obsessed! I never thought I’d have pretty nails.

I am never going back to that nail salon again. It been 2 weeks and almost all of mine and my sister nails are falling off. I complain to the owner and she said “sorry” and nothing else my nail bed is green

Wendy is a talented technician and an absolute sweetheart! Her staff was also kind and was hyped about my nails outcome, it was so sweet. This salon is primo! I went for the first time and saw Mercy, who I can't wait to see again in a couple of weeks. Quality, service, and price are on point but it's beyond the basics for me. I felt like I could truly relax and just chill, the true salon vibe with real provider-customer relationships. Plus I got introduced to the pretty exclusive gel-x, ask about it!

Wow! I'm not a person who is easily impressed but this place was all that and then some! Personable, puntual and friendly service from all staff ....even their clients are fun to talk to!! I'll definitely be returning as a regular patron. ?

I’m new to the Cincinnati area and desperately in need for a pedicure. I looked online, saw the reviews and made me an appointment for a pedicure at Nails 11 with Tia. I am soooo glad that I did! When I walked in, I felt so welcomed by the whole staff there. Tia was ready and embraced me immediately! She was so patient and made sure I was comfortable with my service. I’m very particular getting my feet worked on and very indecisive with colors most times….however, Tia guided me to select a color that I absolutely LOVE on my toes!!! It feels so good to finally find a nail location with people that care about what looks best and offer you superb service! They are stuck with me now! I will definitely be coming back!!! Thanks Tia for a wonderful experience! See you next week for my nails!

This place is verrrrrrry unprofessional and the owner done my nails and I showed her a Picture of what I wanted after saying she could do them i sat down and she wanted me to get these other kind of nails for 75 and I told her I couldn't afford them after then she told me mine would be 55 well then once I gotten them completed they was horrible gel looked as if it ran down pointed finger looks like a thumb nail is on it and it wasn't what I wanted BY FAR AND WASN'T WORTH 75 DOLLAR'S THUMBS DOWN!she had thanked me it was 75 plus tax and I was upset at the price the genial stuff wasumpy and exactly what I didn't want had to go back and get her to fix some and it was still a horrible job I just said thanks and left because it was a complete get over poor job and the most highServices: Acrylic nails

Wonderful. It's like family. They do a great job and really care about us! I forgot my pedicure shoes and due to being on a walker was con earned about not having my shoes for stability. Alan was happy to switch to gel polish which needed no drying time or special care so I would be able to wear my own shoes out.

Wendy, Allen, Tia and the rest of the staff are great. Wendy has the prettiest designs if you want fancy nails! Allen has a funny story or joke to share daily, and helps lighten the mood. Pricing and service is the best in the west!
