I should have read the reviews before recommending this company to my mother. She purchased an expensive lift chair. At time of the sale, she told Bonnie that her room was on the second floor and there is a chair lift on the stairs. They sold her the floor model (at full price, mind you) as non-refundable. We were told we could submit a doc's note to avoid sales tax. 1. Upon delivery, they refused to take to the second floor. It does absolutely no good on the first floor. 2. Would not refund money, as sold the floor model as nonrefundable. They wouldn't simply return it to their store, but are forcing an 80 year old stroke victim to purchase a 2k+ chair she cannot use. 3. They said they needed the doc note at time of purchase. We were never told that. Then they said before time of delivery, then it got moved to time of purchase. Checking Ohio law. They lied about other things so it wouldn't surprise me if they piled another whopper on. We have purchased other medical goods and have had tax credited after purchase and delivery.

I visited the Blue Ash location to get fitted for a custom compression hose and Mary was AMAZING! Extremely knowledgeable and makes sure you're comfortable the whole time. She's the sweetest person and very quick as well. 15/10 would recommend Mary or any compression hose needs.

Unprofessional sold Pharmacy right under us without any notification to the clinic or the customer I guess when u use a hood pharmacy (sharonville pharmacy) @winton hills medical then I guess they don’t feel they should haft to tell you anything as many people depend on the pharmacy inside the clinic how unprofessional and I been with this pharmacy for many Years it’s very sad then they told me they emailed my prescription to someone else think twice before using this company don’t get to comfortable with the location they might sell it so quickly and want inform you to at least to prepare you it’s sad a lot of there customers at the particular location don’t drive so I guess if your not privileged then u want be informed I’m very upset but for the people of winton terrace & the elders I guess they will be effected the most how sad I guess with the transportation people who already barely can afford there medication and gas prices $4.50

We rented a wheelchair for my husband’s use from Mulhaney’s on a Friday morning but on our way to our destination we had car problems. We returned to Mulhaney’s several hours later the very same day to return the wheelchair without having used it. Mulhaney’s voided the entire invoice! We were so grateful! They were so kind!

My father recently became immobile and it became an emergent situation, where we needed a lift chair in his home for him to relax and sleep in. I was able to find a good, solid lift chair at a reasonable price. Melissa at the Kenwood branch was extremely helpful over the phone, put a hold on a chair for me while I talked to my parents, and was even able to finagle next day delivery as a rush for my parents who were in desperate need of the chair. The delivery people were also great, showing them how to use the chair after installation. I highly recommend them.
