“If you want professional movers, use Big John Movers. We have used them three times. Shane, Chris and Deion loaded an entire 2200 sq ft home in two hours. This included a 400 lbs Peloton that had to come up stairs out of a basement.
They were efficient and mindful of the furniture and the home. This was a cross country move and when we got to our destination the movers there said it was the best packing job they had ever seen. Not one thing moved in the truck and there was no damage to anything. This is all because of their expertise and caring attitude. We would absolutely use Big John Movers again and highly recommend them. Thank you Shane, Chris and Deion!”

3 men showed up and were very polite, worked hard throughout the day got done after a full day of work with pleasant smiles all day. Another truck showed up with another crew that were very friendly as well and hard working as well. They wrapped up my interior belongings that needed to be wrapped like they were there’s. The guys wrapped up all my tools together to move them with ease.
The next day the guys showed up at a great time and began the the unloading process quickly everything I had labeled was moved in locations I wrote down I’m glad I took the time to label my belongings my home was approximately 1600 square feet with a garage and a shed full of belongings and tools.
I would recommend Leaders moving to anyone moving in the area or beyond thank you for making the move less stressful.
On a side note ! The team used pads around the front door openings just in case of any kind of scratching, which I thought was very great move on their part.”

“UPDATE: Zack at the Cincinnati location definitely made things right. He adjusted the rate to match the quote we received. They did a great job with delivery and placement multiple times. We would definitely use them again.

Zero stars. DON'T TRUST THE QUOTE! Bait and switch. Received a moving quote for $700. Then they added a bunch of fees and increased the rental price to over $1,000 total. Called and was passed around to multiple supervisors.”

Movers JJ and Elijah treated my possessions as if they were their own. My items were meticulously wrapped and handled with care. The movers did not bruise my furniture or the walls.

“Ferguson Moving relocated my father yesterday and did a fantastic job. Steve, Brendan, Mark, and Rodney all were courteous, professional, and efficient. I understand they have been doing this for several years and their experience showed. They were on time, they listened to our concerns about the antiques not being the easiest to move, and then they went to work. They had the challenge of unloading the truck with impending storms, but finished just in time. All of the castors were place back on the antiques, and all beds were quickly rebuild. Nothing was damaged or marred in any way. I was impressed with how clean the truck was - even saw Steve spraying down the trailer where dirt had gotten in. I liked that the owner, Wayne Carlton came to the house to see exactly what we had to move. Definately call them if you care about the furniture you are moving.”
