I’m leaving a 1 star review because you guys don’t sell Lincoln Pick up trucks. I think the last truck you guys made was in 2008. Please make a newer gas modeled pick up truck and if you guys do then I’d like to be compensated for motivating you guys to do so. Thanks??

Hi ... Just wanted to leave a note here expressing how happy we are with our new purchase. We ordered a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus and the experience could not have been better. We met with Riley after we initially set up an appointment to test drive a Nautilus and a Corsair. Riley was absolutely outstanding through the entire process. She has a perfect mixture of knowledge and understanding of the vehicle information and an easy, comfortable manner to convey that. Mostly she was 100% honest throughout the process and kept us fully informed of our vehicle status (we ordered one) without being overwhelming. The Nautilus is an outstanding car and was exactly what we ordered and Riley was the excellent sales person to sell it to us. We took several of her cards and have/will recommend her and Lincoln of Cincinnati to friends and family.

We had the pleasure of working with Caleb as our salesman and John in F&I. We had our 2 young daughters with us when we arrived at the dealership and from the start Caleb interacted with all of us! He was upfront and got us a great deal and we truly love the vehicle we purchased. The process with John in finance was quick and smooth and we couldn't be happier. Caleb kept us entertained during the few small wait periods we had in office and we highly recommend this dealership and Caleb!
