Good luck to get anyone to acknowledge your presence. I walked around for a while and no one attempted to help me even though there were three people behind the counter.

Meh - went to look at bikes. Couldn’t get anyone to wait on me. I can research bikes on my own online - probably get a better price. What’s the point of a store without service?

Took my son's Walmart "Huffy" mountain bike in. The service was exceptional, the attention to detail was also unexpected! The gentleman helping me asked how tall my son was and adjusted the bike for his height! Wouldn't go anywhere else foe anything bike related. This place is great!
