Very hard to get in. Never has immediate availability. Then when you do have an appointment you still wait over an hour. I just had one tire looked at, they didn’t even put a spare on or anything, literally JUST looked at it, I was there over an hour. Then when I asked about a used tire, the manager quite literally acted like I was asking a crazy question. Out of the three times I’ve been there I’ve never had a good experience. Nice people but just seem to only want to cater to clients spending tons of money. Huge inconvenience EVERYTIME I come here.

Amazing experience at this location...was having problems on 275 and needed to pull off somewhere and this kind gentleman checked out my car. Fair and honest guy. The Valvoline had messed up with my skid plate and securing my car back together twice after an oil change. This guy was super nice and showed me where the mistake was made and in my book he's doing the Lord's work helping people make sure they're not getting taken advantage of. Will be back, and highly recommend you go here for any and all auto needs!

Yesterday (6/12/24)went to Monroe in Sharonville OH due to my car not working while rolling down the road. Ged was professional, courteous and respectful. Next day (6/13/24)on the way to work again my car stopped working while driving- went back to Monroe but a nasty girl was there named Hannah who said the tech went on vacation and I can NOT get my car looked at until July 1st! Asked if she had the same skill sets as him since he’s gone and she felt she needed to explain to me why people take vacations from their job. Very unprofessional, couldn’t answer any of my questions then had the nerve to call me back talking about my ac not working- I said no Hannah my car isn’t working and you told me I can’t get it fixed until July 1st! Utterly thee worst experience I’ve ever had with Monroe Mufflers and will be spreading the word about Hannah who claims she is the store manager for 5 locations.

Love the work. Had a girl named Hanna that was working as a floater of sorts will be the reason I stop coming here. My wife called the first time for a quote on something simple and she couldn’t remember. Did nothing to check on it. But somehow knew all the prices of the things she could get commission from. I called back minutes later only to discover somehow she forgot the price once again. Also I simply ask how much it would cost to put brake pads on. Only the pads. JUST THE PADS. for the love of god I could not make a choice of my own on my own vehicles. Would not shut up , would not listen. To concerned with selling and commission rather than good service. Will not work with her or come back till she is gone.

Terrible service, I haven’t seen anything worse, they simply refused to replace our tires just because we brought our own tires, you won’t do this for free, what kind of people are you, if you value your time, I advise you to go elsewhere

Hands down a customer for life now. This was the 3rd place I went to for a quote on much needed maintenance needed. They were quick, friendly, and extremely fair in price. Everyone I interacted with was kind and knowledgeable. Will be back again and again.
