The Village of Leesbureg has used MOMS for years. We recently just purchased a new copier and Eric Stanton was who we dealt with from MOMS. Eric was very professional and answered every question we had, and has followed up several times to make sure we had all we needed. In addition, it was very quick turn around time for us to receive our new copier.

This is an excellent company to work with. When we contacted MOM to work with our company the sales side contacted us back and was Excellent on getting us the correct equipment for our companies Then we were fortunate to work with their Technical (IT) and they were outstanding to work with when sitting up our equipment. Later on we had to do some changing and again their Technical Crew were fast and took care of our updates and had things ready in a day.Again an Excellent company to work with.Thanks again,Country Acres Auctions and ERA Martin & Associates Real Estate Companies

Modern Office Methods has been our go to company for copier management over the past 8 years. The products and services are industry standard and what you would expect. The best part is our service tech. He is excellent and keeps our fleet of multi-function machines running top notch. He represents their company well.

We use Modern Office Methods for our office copier, and our experience with them - from sales to delivery to training to support to technicians - has been excellent. They are a fairly large company, but whenever you call them, you talk to an actual person, and they always follow up promptly. I would highly recommend them. You get what you pay for - and it has been our experience that they offer competitive pricing, but you get a ton of personal service with their competitive pricing. No one has time for calling for tech support and being on hold for an eternity. That won't happen with MOM.

Love our new Ricoh! Our sales rep was fantastic. It was delivered on time, and the delivery person was very accommodating. The tech had us networked in no time, and he was great to work with as well. Can't beat the performance of this machine. Modern Office Methods is highly recommended by me. Fantastic customer service.
