5434 N Bend Rd, Cincinnati“Ty was exceptionally kind, informative, and demonstrated care. He is in the Northbend Rd/Cheviot location and is the sole reason we left T-Mobile. The Verizon perks, price, nor 5g coverage is better. But the service from staff and online support is. The plan price and options are equivalent to competitors. Although we are still working through some transfer and billing issues I trust Ty will get them resolved. The new phone trade in promotions are 2 thumbs up. Not only was Ty positive, low pressure, and knowledgeable he smiled despite being required to work in the hot store with no air conditioning. It was 98 degrees in the city and inside the store 88 degrees. The store lacks presentation and frills but you can tell Ty cares and works with what he has. I'm looking forward to the new experience because Ty cares about the Verizon customers, his job, and the company brand. Ty deserves a big raise and thank you. I recommend.”

Then I had to apply for insurance and part mailed to my home. Went back to fix it place who sent me back to Verizon where I was lucky to run into Cory who said sure I can repair. He found they had sent me 6 yr old phone. I had paid for my 4yr. Old he called insurance to say what they did. By way during my broken phone time, Verizon had sent me notice all phones on my bill were due a special $1000, phone as I am very long time member. Thanks Cory spent very long fixing me up and getting phone deal and getting my new phone. This guy needs to train your store people. His calm pleasant way is worthy of your using him to improve your image. Cleo”

“My fiance and I needed to upgrade our phones. We both had the now ancient I-phone 11. We went into the store to do it and were greeted right away by the store manager Gil. He pulled up my account right away and explained my options in a way that was very easy to understand. I was able to upgrade to the newest I-phone only adding $10/ month to my bill. The set up and transfer was super simple. He also explained to me what I would see for the next 2 months on my bill and to not freak out that I will be credited the charges that will be on there.
My fiance was not an existing customer, but Gil was very knowledgeable. He explained the options very clearly and he was able to give my fiance a great deal. He is now a Verizon customer with a new upgraded I-Phone. He couldn't be happier with his choice.
